By continuing to register and/or use the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

To access the Service, you will need a mobile device with the applicable software client, or you will need to download the software client to a compatible mobile device. You will not be able to store messages or attachments and you may not be able to send messages to someone who is offline.

We may impose from time to time limitations on the number of messages that you can send. Please also check the Frequently Asked Questions and our Acceptable Use Policy prior to use and from time to time, which will provide further information as to the technical requirements and limitations which apply to this Service.

Standard data charges apply to browsing when using the Service.

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the close of the month in which you cancel.
