Vodafone Spend Manager

Vodafone Spend Manager for consumer customers

  1. The use of Vodafone Spend Manager by consumer customers is subject to these terms, and those of our Pay Monthly airtime agreement and charges guide
  2. Vodafone Spend Manager is available to all consumer customers and small business customers (with less than 10 connections) that have bought or upgraded their plan on or after 1 October 2018.
  3. All Pay monthly phone, SIM only and Mobile Broadband plans bought or upgraded after 1 October 2018 are eligible for Vodafone Spend Manager (“Eligible Plans”), however it is not available on Home Phone and Broadband, Pay as you go or V by Vodafone plans.
  4. With Vodafone Spend Manager, you may decide to set a usage limit on how much you can spend on out-of-plan charges each month, helping you to stay in control of unexpected costs. You can set up your usage limit and change it at any time in My Vodafone.
  5. If you have more than one Eligible Plan on your account, you will be able to set a usage limit on each Eligible Plan. Please note, that only the account owner or an authorised user will be able to set and/or make changes to the usage limit.
  6. You'll be asked to set up your usage limit each time you buy or upgrade to a new plan. When you upgrade your usage limit will carry through to your new plan. However, you can also change your usage limit to reflect your new plan and allowances. You can also specify or change your usage limit if you choose to change your plan mid-contract.
  7. Vodafone Spend Manager does not replace any of our existing caps or limits, such as our data cap or our 50 EURO roaming data cap, and will work alongside each of these.

  10. Once you have changed or turned off the usage limit any charges you incur for additional services (usually covered by Vodafone Spend Manager) which are not included in your monthly plan will be added to your bill as and when you use the services.
  11. Please be aware that if you set your usage limit below the total amount of any charges (usually covered by Vodafone Spend Manager) which you have incurred during a monthly billing cycle, it will not be applied until the following month. For example, if you incur charges totalling £20 that would usually be covered by Vodafone Spend Manager and you decide to change your usage limit to £10, this usage limit will apply to the following month and you’ll still be charged for the additional services that you have incurred.
