Samsung’s Galaxy range allows users to do things like surf the internet, take photographs, send messages and access a huge range of apps – from social media to educational apps – through Galaxy Store (Samsung’s own app store) and the Google Play store.
Samsung Galaxy smartphones have parental controls available through Google’s Family Link app to help parents set limits on how their child can use the device and to restrict their access to specific apps, websites or features. Samsung has also put measures in place with the Samsung Kids app, which allows parents to create a customised profile for their child and monitor their activity.
You can also restrict apps and games on Android devices by using the Google Play parental controls.
