Vodafone Business has launched the second episode of its ‘Digital SOS’ documentary series aimed at helping small business owners make better use of technology through the free resources available on the Vodafone V-Hub website.

Digital SOS was created in partnership with Dragons’ Den host Steven Bartlett. The second episode, which is themed around cybersecurity, sees the entrepreneur pay a visit to Joe Roberts-Walker, owner of fresh juice business Mejuicer. Steven provides valuable business support and guidance to Joe on keeping his business safe from cyber-attacks.

Jo Wedlock, Head of Business Marketing, Demand & Comms, Vodafone Business UK, said: “Small businesses really should be prioritising cybersecurity if they haven’t done so already. Roughly 56% of UK businesses suffered a cyber-attack last year and with the average attack potentially costing a small business up to £15,300, it is a significant sum that many would struggle to recover from.

“The second episode of the Digital SOS documentary series, which is available to view from today, sets out clear, cost-effective strategies small businesses can employ to better secure their online operations – keeping themselves and their customers safe from harm in the process.”
