How it works
OPPO tablets are designed for entertainment, learning and productivity. They allow users to message friends, access the internet, watch videos, read books and much more, all on a large display. Millions of apps from Animal Jam to SnapChat can be accessed through the Google Play Store. AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology provides newer models with a digital assistant called Gemini and enhanced features such as re-writing text to change the style or shorten it.
Parental controls or safety settings available
Oppo tablets have parental controls and safety settings available. The Personalised Kids Mode (also called Safety Shield) allows parents to create a safe space for children. These tablets also include settings via the Google Family Link app. Parents have the ability to:
• Set daily time limits
• Restrict their child’s access to specific apps, websites or features
• View the location of their child’s device
See the Digital Wellbeing and Permission Manager settings for further privacy and safety options. If an Oppo tablet includes the ‘System Cloner’ function, parents may wish to pin-protect it. System Cloner is a separate profile which may not be affected by parental controls.
