Vodafone Together: Everything you need to know

Saving on your Pay Monthly mobile and home broadband bills is just the start of Vodafone Together’s benefits, not the end.

With Vodafone Together, if you choose both Pro Broadband for your home and a Pay Monthly mobile contract, you’ll receive a discount on your combined bill.

But there are plenty of other benefits.

For every Vodafone Together customer – existing and new – Vodafone will donate a SIM card to someone in digital poverty through noted food bank charity The Trussell Trust. It’s part of Vodafone’s commitment to help bridge the digital divide in the UK between those who have online connectivity and those who don’t.

Whether you’re already a customer, with either an existing home broadband or Pay Monthly mobile plan, or you’re new to Vodafone, you can check your options and build your Vodafone Together bundle using the Vodafone UK website.

Fast unlimited data wherever you are

With Vodafone Together, you can browse, message and stream at high speed whether you’re at home or out and about.

With Pro Broadband, download speeds start at 35Mbps and go all the way up to 900Mbps. The speeds available to you will depend on your location. If the fastest possible home broadband speeds aren’t available in your area, you’ll be upgraded for free when they are thanks to the Pro Broadband Faster Fibre Promise.

On your Pay Monthly mobile, you’ll be able to take advantage of Vodafone’s 4G network which was voted the UK’s best by the readers of Trusted Reviews. Our network already covers 99% of the UK’s population and aims to reach 95% of the UK’s landmass by 2025 through the Shared Rural Network (SRN). Vodafone and the SRN will help bring not only mobile signal, but a wider choice of mobile providers to rural communities across the UK.

If you have a 5G-capable smartphone, you can also take advantage of the ultrafast speeds, low latency and increased reliability of Vodafone’s 5G network. 5G is now available in 100 locations across the UK, as well as in nearly 200 European locations for when we’re all able to travel freely again.

Plus, if you choose an Unlimited Pay Monthly plan as part of Vodafone Together, you won’t have to worry about running out of mobile data ever again.

Vodafone Together: RedStream

The key to both Vodafone’s mobile data and home broadband services is RedStream. This nationwide network of cutting-edge fibre optic cables helps carry your data from your local telephone exchange and mobile masts to our core network and then on to the wider internet.

Vodafone has invested billions in RedStream and is continually fine-tuning it to make our mobile data and home broadband services even better.

Apps, rewards and entertainment

With select Pay Monthly plans, you can enjoy Amazon Prime, Spotify or YouTube Premium for the duration of your contract.

You can view your bills whenever you need them through the My Vodafone app, available for iOS and Android devices. There are also treats in the My Vodafone app – tap the VeryMe tab to access rewards, discounts and giveaways available only for Vodafone customers.

You can use your iOS device or Android smartphone to adjust your broadband router’s settings, as well as grant guests to your home temporary internet access, using the dedicated Vodafone Broadband app.

Pro Broadband

With Pro Broadband, you should never have to worry about your WiFi signal or internet connection. Super WiFi boosters deliver signal to every room in your home. In the unlikely event your fixed-line connection goes down, the router’s Broadband back-up feature will automatically use Vodafone’s 4G network instead.

If you ever need technical help, the dedicated team of WiFi Xperts will be on hand. WiFi Xperts will proactively monitor and fix issues, in addition to helping with your queries.

New possibilities

Having the internet at your fingertips wherever you are opens up a world of possibilities beyond just webpages, emails and status updates. Adjusting your home’s temperature, ensuring the cat is fed and finding out where you left those pesky keys may sound like something from 2041.

But all of that and much more is possible today using internet-connected devices and sensors that sit quietly and unobtrusively around you until you need them.

This Internet of Things (IoT) is infinitely customisable – any IoT devices you may choose will be entirely dependent on your specific needs. If you need to track your misplaced belongings and wandering pets, for example, the Vodafone Curve tracker is a good place to start.
