Fancy a sizzingly hot cookalong with fashion model David Gandy?

You can win a spot on Vodafone’s latest online celebrity cookalong event through VeryMe Rewards - and help charity, too.

Vodafone UK customers have a chance at winning a spot on a celebrity cookalong with jet-setting model David Gandy and TV chef Chris Baber on 12 February.

To enter for the live-streamed event, simply head to the VeryMe Rewards tab of the My Vodafone app which is available for both iOS and Android. Winners can invite up to five other people to join the call. Be sure to enter before the 4 February competition deadline.

This upcoming cookalong with David Gandy aims to raise awareness and money for Achievement For All (AFA), a non-profit organisation that aims to improve the education of vulnerable and disadvantaged children. It follows in the footsteps of the most recent Vodafone-backed cookalong, which featured sports presenter Gabby Logan.

Aside from its support for Mr. Gandy’s fundraising for AFA, Vodafone UK is supporting the education of disadvantaged children through discounted homeschooling classes which are also available through VeryMe.

Vodafone UK has also, through its schools.connected programme, given away 350,000 free data SIM cards to disadvantaged children who would otherwise struggle with remote learning during lockdown due to the lack of an internet connection at home.

And the Vodafone-backed Great British Tech Appeal is encouraging the public to donate their unused, unwanted smartphones and tablets. Donated devices will be refurbished, equipped with connectivity and distributed to disadvantaged families struggling without a computing device.
