Vodafone Business has introduced Network Boost, a new feature designed to deliver enhanced and dependable mobile connectivity for business customers in the UK’s busiest areas. By giving priority to data traffic on the Vodafone network, Network Boost helps organisations and their teams stay connected, even when demand on the network is at its highest.
As organisations become increasingly reliant on mobile connectivity for essential tasks such as processing payments, accessing cloud-based applications, hosting video meetings and engaging with customers on the move, a reliable connection is critical to day-to-day operations. However, when large numbers of devices connect to the same mast – for example at major events, in busy city centres or during peak periods – network congestion can create challenges for businesses whose employees need to stay connected at all times.

Available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large organisations and public sector customers, Network Boost is a premium add-on that address these issues by giving priority to business data traffic on Vodafone’s 4G and 5G network, allowing customers to enjoy the highest quality of connectivity nationwide.
The launch of Network Boost is informed by recent findings showing that over half (54%) of organisations regard mitigating busy network conditions as a leading concern. Moreover, 81% of businesses expressed a willingness to invest in services that guarantee more reliable connectivity during periods of peak demand. Network Boost proves particularly advantageous in high-traffic locations such as city centres, transport hubs, large-scale events, construction sites and retail spaces, where intense usage can compromise mobile performance.
