Vodafone Business, today announced the launch of its new Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution, designed to help mid-sized organisations (250 – 1,000 employees) modernise device management, reduce upfront costs and free IT teams to focus on strategic priorities.

Vodafone Business launches Network Boost to give UK businesses priority mobile access

New feature from Vodafone Business helps organisations stay connected and productive in the UK’s busiest locations.

Mid-sized organisations are increasingly challenged to balance day-to-day IT operations with transformation initiatives. Vodafone Business Device-as-a-Service simplifies device management, reducing complexity and enabling IT teams to focus on innovation while ensuring employees have access to secure, up-to-date devices, delivered to their door.

Rather than relying on substantial upfront investments, organisations benefit from a consistent and predictable monthly payment model. This approach allows for improved cost management and greater budget flexibility, empowering businesses to direct resources towards strategic initiatives such as cloud adoption, AI integration and broader digital transformation.

Covering the full device lifecycle – from procurement and configuration to security, support and end-of-life management, including device retrieval – the solution removes the time-consuming task of managing multiple suppliers and contracts, reducing the burden on internal IT teams.

The solution is particularly beneficial for organisations currently operating with SIM Only contracts or ageing hardware, offering a simple route to upgrade smartphones and tablets while improving visibility and control across device estates. Flexible terms of 12, 24 or 36 months are available, with no upfront costs.

Former Chief of Joint Operations Sir David Capewell partners with Vodafone Business to advise on defence, security and industry engagement

Former Chief of Joint Operations Sir David Capewell KCB OBE FRSA has taken up an advisory position with Vodafone Business, where he will support the company’s strategic engagement across the defence, security and government sectors.

Customers can also access Vodafone’s digital self-service platform, where they can: easily monitor which devices are assigned to whom; review lease details; and obtain transparent ESG reports. In addition, Vodafone Business offers UK-based support, available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

At the end of each lease, Vodafone Business also manages device collection, secure data wiping and either refurbishment or responsible recycling – removing logistical challenges while supporting sustainability goals; including initiatives to recycle devices that would otherwise go to landfill, supporting global e-waste reduction efforts.

Businesses today face mounting pressure to drive innovation, yet many IT teams are still burdened by the time-consuming demands of device management. Our Device-as-a-Service solution consolidates devices and lifecycle services into a single, comprehensive package. This allows organisations to streamline their operations, manage costs with greater confidence, and stay ready for forthcoming 5G opportunities, while enjoying the flexibility to use the UK’s leading network for business.
