Even greater peace of mind for iPhone owners

Vodafone Insurance policies now include additional AppleCare Services - service and support direct from Apple.

iPhone owners with Vodafone Insurance policies will now benefit from even more protection in the event of accidental damage. The bolstered benefits are part of AppleCare Services, giving customers 24/7 priority access to Apple experts, hardware service with genuine Apple parts, and certified repair at Apple Stores and Apple Authorised Service Providers.

iPhone owners will now be able to make up to three claims for accidental damage in any 12-month period, including to the back glass of iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models for as long as they keep up their Vodafone Insurance policy.

These protections are available to new and existing Vodafone Insurance customers, joining existing benefits such as worldwide cover and next-day UK delivery of replacement devices for approved claims. Customers can also choose to add theft and loss protection, for an additional fee.

The excess fee for accidental damage is £79, and £25 for screen or back glass damage.

Anyone who buys an iPhone on a Vodafone EVO plan will have the benefit of a two-year Total Care Warranty – this doesn’t cover accidental damage.
