Vodafone unveils its latest campaign to celebrate the launch of its game-changing new customer service offering that promises an easy and convenient experience that sets a new standard for the industry – ‘Just Ask Once’. This entertaining, light-hearted and informative campaign brings to life the benefits of ‘Just Ask Once’, and highlights that rather than having to wait on a call, customers can message through the My Vodafone app at any time and respond whenever is convenient for them. Allowing them to get on with their day, while Vodafone gets on with solving their query.

The campaign creative taps into a simple principle: when a customer needs help, they ask Vodafone once, and they sort it. In a very amusing and light-hearted way, it displays the benefits of removing well-known bug bears such as waiting on hold, repeating the problem to multiple different people, and the need to chase for an update.

After premiering on 25 July during Love Island on Friday at 9pm on ITV2, Vodafone’s latest campaign can also be seen over on ITV1 during Skyfall, in Daniel Craig’s third instalment as James Bond, as well as featuring during Celebrity Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, hosted by Jeremy Clarkson. The ad will roll out across SVOD, BVOD, and YouTube. A dedicated social media campaign will follow, across platforms including Snapchat and Meta, where customers can see Roman Kemp showcasing the benefits of ‘Just Ask Once’ and just how convenient this new service will be for Vodafone customers. Rather than having to wait on a call, customers can now message through the My Vodafone app and get on with their day, while their query is being solved.

Maria Koutsoudakis, Brand Director at VodafoneThree added: “The inspiration for the Just Ask Once campaign was drawn from the proposition itself. When it comes to customer service, customers just want it to work – clear, simple, and to the point. That’s exactly what we aimed to bring to life in this campaign. It’s all about customer service made easy, embodied in a straightforward, no-fuss campaign.

“The engagement aspect is brilliantly enhanced by our brand ambassador, Roman Kemp, who excels at connecting with and speaking to the nation. His involvement brings an extra layer of charm and relatability to the campaign, making it all the more impactful, aided of course by his sidekick, Miller.”
