Fear, uncertainty and doubt: why some people don't have digital skills

No matter why people don’t have digital skills, the Good Things Foundation - one of Vodafone's everyone.connected charity partners - helps people learn the basics, so they can make the most of the online world.

As a result, Vodafone Business has curated a comprehensive suite of collaboration and cybersecurity tools for businesses who value flexible working, convenience, control, and protection – all of which are available from Vodafone and supported by its reliable and secure network.

With Vodafone Business you can help employees collaborate more efficiently with Microsoft Office 365 and Vodafone Business & RingCentral Unified Communications, enjoy unbreakable broadband connectivity with Business Broadband and Dedicated Internet Access and keep your business and mobile secure from cybersecurity threats with Lookout for Business and Trend Micro.

Vodafone has invested significantly into the new brand campaign, which will be further promoted through linear TV and digital advertising. It aims to boost awareness among small businesses of the vast scale of small business solutions that Vodafone offers beyond mobile.

We were the first to start carrying live 5G traffic from a site in Salford, Greater Manchester and now have 5G in locations across Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain as well as the UK. Meanwhile, our 4G network coverage currently reaches over 99% of the UK population.

Today, Vodafone serves more than 18 million mobile and fixed-line customers in the UK. Vodafone is the largest provider of full fibre in the UK – our superfast broadband services are now available to nearly 12 million homes across the UK.

Sustainability is also at the heart of what we do: as of 1 July 2021, 100% of the grid electricity we use in the UK is certified to be from renewable sources.
