Why choose Vodafone Business Broadband and Phone?

Static IP addresses

You'll get a single Static IP address with your package as standard. We also offer multiple static IP addresses as a chargeable extra – ideal if you want to deploy your own services and need a custom domain name server (DNS). This could include hosting your website or DNS, email servers, firewalls and remotely accessing applications.

Switch service provider - a smooth process

Transferring to us from another provider is quicker and easier than you may think. We handle everything with your old provider (with the exception of Virgin Media where customers are required to cancel directly) and get you quickly up and running with us. We'll even book you an engineer if you need one.

If there's availability in your building, in most cases the switchover from your old provider to us is instant – leaving you free to concentrate on your business.

Frequently asked questions

Business broadband is a high speed internet connection for your office or workspace. If you work from home, you can also use it as your home broadband.

Vodafone Business Broadband is exactly the same speed and reliability of our home broadband, giving you a reliable, fast, secure connection.

IP addresses are usually dynamic meaning a new one is assigned to a device each time it connects to the network. Vodafone Business Broadband uses static IP addresses which don’t change.

This gives you a range of benefits such as making it easier to access your computer remotely, host a website, run CCTV, and improves the reliability of calls over the internet.

Our business broadband has the same security features as our home broadband, meaning when it comes to protecting your privacy and information, you can be sure you’re in good hands.

And with our Broadband app you have full control over your network, so you can see who’s connected and manage who has access.

Our business broadband helps you focus on your work with a reliable, secure, and fast connection for your business.

Broadband bought on a business plan can save you money because you don’t need to pay VAT, and can be used as both a business and home broadband.
