Call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile, or 03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply)

Log in to switch

You can switch online. Just log in to your account, go to Account Settings, then Mobile Switching.

Text to switch

For a PAC, text PAC + your PIN* to 65075
For a STAC, text STAC + your PIN* to 75075
To find out if you need to pay an early termination fee, text INFO to 85075

*If you're a Pay monthly or small business customer with one number on your account, you'll need your account PIN if you text us to get a PAC or STAC code. 

If you're a Pay as you go customer or a business with more than ten people, you don't need one.
