You must be the account owner to cancel your account or get a PAC or STAC code.
Business customers
If you don't have a specific contact in your business, you can ask us for a PAC or STAC code.
If you have an account manager or prime contact, ask them and they'll do it for you.
If you're a large business customer, your mobile company administrator should be able to get your switching code through Vodafone Corporate Online (VCO)
Log in to your account online or use the My Vodafone app to check when your plan ends. If your plan hasn't ended yet, you'll need to pay an early termination fee (ETF)
Text INFO to 85075 and we'll text you back with the amount you need to pay, as well as what to do if you have other services with us.
If you have more than one number on your account, check the amount in your account online by going to Account settings > mobile switching, or give us a call on 191 free from your Vodafone mobile.
Alternatively, you might be eligible for an upgrade. Log in to your account to view your exclusive upgrade offers on a selection of phone or SIM only plans, just for you.
When we close your account we'll cancel your Direct Debit - so you don't need to.
We'll keep billing you as normal up to and including your disconnection date. You'll get a final bill after you've disconnected, which will include:

When you'll get the final bill
If you switch network at least 22 days before your normal billing date that month, you'll get your final bill on your normal billing date.
If you switch to another network any later, you'll get your final bill 22 days after you switch.
If you've recently been abroad, it can take up to two months for us to bill you for roaming charges.
Check your bill after you've left
You can still check your bills up to six months after you've cancelled. You’ll need to set up another contact number
If you’re thinking of leaving Vodafone Pay as you go, or you're in the process of leaving, you can request a refund of any remaining credit up to 60 days after you’ve been disconnected. This can be done using our digital assistant TOBi, where you’ll need to pass an identity check and register your details with us.
Leaving us for another mobile network might affect any other Vodafone services you're using:

Unfortunately if you have more than one number on your account, texting isn't possible - please use one of the other options instead.
If you would like to text us, you'll need to send us your 4-digit account PIN. Delete the message after you've sent it so nobody can see your PIN. Find out how to set up or change your account PIN
Give the code to your new provider.
When you give the code to your new provider, they'll contact us and start moving your number over.
Your code lasts for 30 days. If you don't use it in that time you'll stay with us and the switch won't happen. You can always ask us for a new code if it expires.
I left Vodafone, but forgot to get a PAC
If it’s been under 30 days since you left, we can still give you the PAC. If you had:
If it’s been over 30 days since you left, unfortunately we can’t give you a PAC to keep your number.
Remember: Once you’ve given your PAC to your new network provider, it can take until 11:59pm the same day to transfer over. You may also experience a loss of service on that day.

There are two switching codes to move from one mobile network to another:
It's up to you to give your PAC or STAC code to your new network to make your switch happen.
PAC and STAC codes last for 30 days before they expire, but you can always ask for another one if you run out of time and haven’t left Vodafone yet.
