Enjoy free next day delivery and store collection for all online orders.
Get your delivery sent home or collect it from your local Vodafone store.
Some products can’t be sent next day (SIM only orders and some accessories). Your delivery options will show in the checkout.
Free next day delivery
Order by 10pm on weekdays for delivery the next working day.
Order by 10pm on a weekend or bank holiday and you’ll get your order in two working days.
Free collection
Order online and collect from your chosen store. We’ll email you when it’s ready and you can pick it up 30 minutes later.
If what you want isn’t in stock, we’ll deliver it (usually in two to four working days).
Track your order
For store deliveries, we’ll email you when it’s ready.
For home deliveries, use our order tracker – you’ll need your order number and postcode.

- Selected products, such as SIM only orders and some accessories aren't eligible for premium delivery
- The conditions on next day delivery apply to premium delivery as well
Who will deliver my order?
We use DPD and Royal Mail delivery services. Your order confirmation email will let you know who will be delivering to you.
DPD - You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email, or by logging into the DPD website. You’ll need your parcel number and deliver address to hand. DPD will confirm your delivery date by text or email once your order is dispatched. You'll also receive another notification on the delivery day, confirming your one-hour time slot. Track your order
Royal Mail - We don’t use a Royal Mail tracked service, so it’s not possible to track your order once it’s left our warehouse.
