With Vodafone EVO, you'll have two plans - one for your device (Device Plan) and one for your airtime (Airtime Plan). Separating the cost of your device from the cost of your airtime gives you more flexibility to create a monthly price that suits you, upgrade your device sooner and to only pay for your airtime once you've paid off your device.

In most cases, the Direct Debit payments for your plans will come out on the same date, but you may see one of the payments coming out a few days earlier or later. Please make sure you don't cancel either of these Direct Debit payments, as we'll be unable to collect the payment for either your airtime or your device. You’ll see two references on your bank statement. It will show the following:

Airtime: VODAFONE LTD

If you want to change your Direct Debits so both payments come out on the same date, you can do so by calling 191.

When you choose a Pay monthly phone, you'll pair it with an Xtra Plan - giving you all the data, minutes and texts you need, plus a load of great benefits.

Xtra Plans are also available as SIM only.

With Vodafone EVO, you can choose the length of your Phone Plan or Watch Plan (Device Plans) from 12 to 36 months.

Xtra Plans (Airtime Plans) are available on either a 12-month or 24-month plan.

If you choose a Device Plan of 13 months or more, it will be paired with a 24-month Xtra Plan. If you choose a Device Plan of 12 months, you can choose whether to pair it with a 12-month or a 24-month Xtra Plan.

No. Vodafone EVO is only available on Pay monthly.

No. Only Pay monthly phones and smartwatches are available with Vodafone EVO.

But you can still choose to buy a Pay monthly tablet on a 24-month contract.

Pay Monthly

Minimum term agreement, credit check and terms apply

Device plan: means a credit agreement for the duration of the plan. A Monthly Airtime Plan (i.e. Xtra Plan) is required with your Device Plan. Device Plans up to 12 months require either a 12 or 24 month Monthly Airtime Plan. Device Plans over 12  months require a 24 month Monthly Airtime Plan. You can pay off your Device Plan early, and if you do, you can then keep your Airtime Plan on a 30-day contract or leave. If your Airtime Plan ends for any reason, you will need to keep on paying your monthly Device Plan (either in full or monthly).

Minutes & text: to standard mobiles & landlines (UK: 01, 02, 03) & standard SMS in the UK & our inclusive roaming destination. A 1-minute minimum call charge applies.

Data: a 25GB fair roam policy on all Pay monthly plans, per 30-day period applies in our inclusive roaming destinations.

Unlimited data: available on Unlimited Lite Plan (max download/upload speed of 2Mbps), Unlimited Plan (max download/upload speeds of 10Mbps) & Unlimited Max Plan. Speed may vary by a number of factors.

  3. 50% off Smartwatch Connectivity : for compatible cellular (not WiFi only) smartwatches. Smartwatch Connectivity Plan (via Vodafone OneNumber) lasts for 30 days & will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled. The plan is £7pm reduced to £3.50pm. Discount not applicable to customers on a £5 OneNumber Connectivity or to customers on an existing 24 month watch plan.
  4. Unlimited Data Booster:  24/12 month Xtra Plans come with 6/3 boosts. Each boost provides unlimited data for 30 days.

Total Care Warranty: 24 month warranty starts from the date of purchase of a handset from Vodafone either on a Device Plan or outright. Warranty only applies to manufacturer faults. Battery Refresh: applicable for phone devices purchased either on a Device Plan or purchased outright from Vodafone, with a Vodafone Pay Monthly Plan. Is available for the length of the plan (minimum of 2 years and maximum of 3 years). Battery Refresh is not available for phones that have been cracked, smashed or have water damage (i.e. damage that would not be covered under a manufacturer warranty) and chargeable repairs can be offered. An appointment is required for a health check and battery replacements. Book online at participating locations. Not applicable for Watch Plans or Refurbished Phones.

Vodafone Together discount: If you have signed up to an eligible Airtime and an eligible Pro Broadband plan, you are eligible for a discount on your Broadband plan. Both services must remain connected to continue to receive the discount. The discount amount will vary depending on what Airtime plan you have. Only selected Airtime plans include unlimited data, texts & minutes. Please see your Home Broadband Charges Guide for more information on discounts.

Unlimited Bundle: An Unlimited Pay as you go Bundle lasts for 30 days. Your bundle will automatically renew every 30 days if you have enough credit. To opt out call 2345. Unlimited minutes and texts: minutes to standard mobiles and landlines (UK: 01, 02, 03) and standard texts (excluding MMS) in the UK and our inclusive roaming destinations. Roaming data is capped at 25GB per 30-day period in our inclusive roaming destinations. 

Pay as you go Bundles (Big Value Bundle): Minutes to standard mobiles and landlines (UK: 01, 02, 03), standard texts and data (excluding entertainment packs and Extras) to use in the UK and our Europe Zone. Last 30 days. Automatically renews every 30 days if you have enough credit. Opt out by calling 2345. For more information on Pay as you go Bundles (also known as Big Value Bundles).

Total Rollover: Any unused allowance from your current Pay as you go Bundle will only rollover from one bundle to the next, for use in the next 30-day period, if your Pay as you go Bundle renews automatically.
