Within 30 days of receiving it
If your device develops a fault in the first 30 days, we’ll exchange it for a new one or give you a full refund.
We’ll let you know your options and send you a returns pack.
More than 30 days after receiving it
If it’s been more than 30 days since we delivered your device, you can’t return or cancel it.
If it’s faulty, we can repair it – we’ll need to check and test the product for you. If it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, there won’t be a charge.
Accessories – we’ll replace them if we can’t fix the fault and it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
