1. Got a SIM?
If you have your old SIM back, you can continue using it. Skip ahead to step 2.
Or need a new SIM?
If you need a new SIM, order a replacement SIM here with a quick chat.
When it arrives, using your original phone number. If you can’t log in to My Vodafone, use our SIM activation form instead.
You'll get an email and text message when your SIM is active.
2. Unblock your device and remove any bars
That’s everything - you'll be able to use your phone when it has signal and the Vodafone symbol – this can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much faster.
Let’s tighten security
If you're worried that someone may have accessed your personal data while your phone was lost or stolen, change the passwords for your online accounts, like your email, and online banking.

Update your insurance claim
If you have made a claim on your insurance for the lost device and have received a replacement device, then the block on the device cannot be removed. If the insurance is with us, you must also return the device. Please give the insurance team a call on 0333 304 3346 to arrange this.
