We’re really happy you've got your device back. Let’s get you set up so things can go back to normal.
Here’s what to do next:
1. Got a SIM?
If you have your old SIM back, you can continue using it. Skip ahead to step 2.
Or need a new SIM?
If you need a new SIM, with a quick chat.
When it arrives, using your original phone number. If you can’t log in to My Vodafone, use our SIM activation form instead.
You’ll get an email and text message when your SIM is active.
2. Unblock your device and remove any bars
Put your old/replacement SIM in your device, and then:
If you haven’t made an insurance claim: Get in touch with us to unblock your device. Next remove your device from our redlist. Finally, remove any bars that might be protecting your account – like a data bar.
If you made an insurance claim: And your insurance has paid you for the stolen device, then unfortunately we cannot remove it from our redlist and it will stay unusable. Find out how to replace your device
That's everything - you'll be able to use your phone when it has signal and the Vodafone symbol – this can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much faster.

If you're worried that someone may have accessed your personal data while your phone was lost or stolen, change the passwords for your online accounts, like your email, and online banking.
