Make sure you’ve updated your device to the latest software version.
Then, switch on 5G by going to Settings → Connection → Mobile networks → tap 5G/4G/3G/2G (auto connect)

5G phones that are bought on a 5G plan will automatically switch to work on the 4G network (or another available network) when they aren’t in a 5G area. If you buy a 5G phone on a 4G plan then the phone will only work on the 4G and 3G networks.
The 4G Gigacube can reach speeds up to 300Mbps, and the 5G Gigacube can reach speeds up to 1GB, but the speeds achieved on your device while using the GigaCube may vary significantly. Speeds can vary depending on the layout of your home, the number of people using the Gigacube, your network coverage in the area and other environmental and technological influences.
