- The network trial is available at Pepsi MAX presents Reading & Leeds, Klarna presents Latitude, Camp Bestival presented by Debenhams, Audi presents Wilderness, Kendal Calling and Boardmasters. It also took place at Download Festival in June.
- The trial is open to non-Vodafone mobile customers, who can enjoy 50GB data, 500 minutes and 500 texts on The Nation’s Network for seven days without changing their number by simply scanning a QR code at one of the Vodafone sponsored festivals.
Vodafone has announced today that it will be offering non-Vodafone mobile customers the opportunity to try its reliable, award-winning network for free at seven upcoming festivals.
This includes Pepsi MAX presents Reading & Leeds, Klarna presents Latitude, Camp Bestival presented by Debenhams, Audi presents Wilderness, Kendal Calling and Boardmasters.
Vodafone already deployed its free network trial to Download Festival in June.
Vodafone announces landmark partnership with six Live Nation UK festivals
Both Vodafone and Three customers will be able to enjoy an exclusive 10% reward on festival tickets.
With no commitments or strings attached, Vodafone is inviting people to experience its award-winning network for seven days, completely free, with 50GB of data, 500 minutes and 500 texts included on The Nation’s Network.
To activate the trial, non-Vodafone mobile customers simply scan a QR code (which can be found at each festival), and the eSIM can then be installed via the My Vodafone app. All they need to try the network for free is an eSIM compatible smartphone.
Customers can join the network trial without changing their existing number or swapping their SIM card. This means they can use Vodafone’s award-winning network for their data connection and share videos from the main stage, stay in touch with friends across the festival, and share their favourite content from the weekend while also making and receiving calls and texts on their existing number.
They can simply switch between Vodafone’s network and their current provider easily through their device settings.

The ‘herd’ are back! Cells on Wheels (COWs) network trailers are now improving coverage for both Vodafone and Three customers at special events across 2026.
A Vodafone spokesperson for Vodafone UK, said: “As The Nation’s Network, we want to connect the nation to the people and the things they love, and bringing our network trial to even more festivals is just one way we are doing this.
“We know that, historically, reliable connectivity at festivals has been a pain point for festival goers. Our network trial will offer non-Vodafone customers the chance to trial our network if they can’t connect to their own provider and allow them to enjoy the festival and not worry about staying connected.”
Vodafone prides itself on delivering the best network experience for businesses and customers at some of the UK’s most memorable events throughout the year.
Vodafone has a long heritage in serving the nation since the very first mobile phone call was made via its network in 1984.
Today, it offers coverage to 99% of UK households and is the network of choice for 82% of the country’s emergency services.
