Vodafone introduces a 15% multi-line insurance discount to help customers protect their family’s devices for less

Cover starts from less than £2 a month when insuring additional phones, tablets, laptops & watches with the offer.

  • Vodafone customers can now protect their devices for less with a new multi-line discount entitling them to 15% off when they insure additional phones, tablets, laptops & watches. 
  • The offer is available on all levels of cover from standalone Screen Damage cover to Loss, Theft, Accidental Damage & Breakdown cover. 
  • Customers can also benefit from half-price device insurance for the first 2 months, available until 11th November 2025.

Vodafone is helping customers to protect their devices for less, with a new multi-line discount entitling customers to 15% off when they insure additional devices on their account.

This offer is available on all levels of cover, meaning insurance starts from just £1.70 for Screen Damage only cover (dependant on your device) and is available on all additional devices from phones to tablets, laptops and watches.

Purchase & Device Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, be a pay monthly consumer account holder, UK Resident with a UK billing address, be up to date with your Vodafone monthly airtime bill payments and/or existing Vodafone Insurance policies, have a device up to 37 months of age that is in full working order and not already damaged, purchased new/refurbished directly from manufacturer, network provider or a retail store and can provide proof of purchase on request. 

Best Range of Device Insurance: Vodafone is the only major UK network to offer 3 levels of device insurance when taking a pay monthly phone vs other major UK networks (VMO2, BT/EE, Three), therefore offering the best range of cover in terms of the range of policy options available to customers. Pricing: entry price point for Screen Damage cover is £2 a month, available with selected devices only. Premiums and excess vary by device, cover type and any additional discounts that apply at that time.

It's probably a bad idea to take your smartphone or smartwatch into the pool or the sea this summer, even if it claims to be water-resistant.

Discounts: 15% off multi line discount is applicable to additional policies only and will be applied based on the order in which the policies are added to the same account. For time-limited discounts, your standard premium will apply from the end date of that discount expiring. 

Insurance cost and any discount will be shown at checkout and confirmed in your Certificate of Insurance. Discounts end if you change cover, upgrade to a new device or SIM-only plan and won’t reapply if you no longer qualify. Up to two discounts per policy, if combined discounts exceed 100%, your premium is capped at £0. Discounts applied mid-month are pro-rated. Manufacturer-approved parts: Although every effort is made to use manufacturer-approved parts for repairs, there may be instances where repairs are made using readily available parts, which may include unbranded parts or parts of a different colour. If any such repair invalidates a future warranty repair claim, we guarantee to cover the cost of that repair, and will preserve this coverage for the remainder of the manufacturer’s warranty period regardless even where you cancel this policy. 

Next-day replacement: For Loss, Theft, Damage & Breakdown cover or Damage & Breakdown cover, where we are providing a replacement device, this will be done by next day delivery once the claim has been accepted, except for UK Bank Holidays. This service is available for addresses in England, Wales and Scotland except for certain postcodes. This service is not available in Northern Ireland.

Express repairs (as part of Screen Damage cover): We aim to repair your device within 5 working days from when it’s received, subject to parts availability. Optional Express Repair service costs an additional £50 added to your next bill, which repairs your device within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from when it’s received at the repair centre, subject to parts availability. 

Worldwide cover: You are covered for trips anywhere in the world, but replacement or repaired devices can only be sent to a UK address. 

AppleCare Service: Back glass repair is not available on iPhone SE and iPhone models released prior to iPhone 12.
