VOXI customers can choose to donate to three important causes - improving mental health, reducing unemployment or preventing digital exclusion - via reward scheme VOXI Drop.
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2022, VOXI by Vodafone is partnering with the UK Youth charity to help improve mental health, reduce unemployment or prevent digital exclusion. VOXI will donate £50,000 to UK Youth and, as part of the VOXI Drop reward scheme, customers can choose where they would like their donation to go.
UK Youth works with a network of over 8000 youth organisations and provides support and training to youth workers across the UK. Their work helps disadvantaged young people, such as helping them find opportunities to improve their future prospects. VOXI customers can each choose to support one of the following projects:
- Improve mental health: Help a young person access support from a trusted adult.
- Reduce unemployment: Support a young person and help them develop the skills they need to be work-ready.
- Prevent digital exclusion: Help a young person develop vital digital skills.
To get involved, VOXI customers simply need to log into their account, tap the VOXI Drop button and select the project they’d like to support. VOXI will then donate £3*.

VOXI recently announced it has enhanced its ‘VOXI For Now’ plan, helping those experiencing financial hardship to stay connected. The plan will give unlimited 5G mobile data, minutes and texts for just £10 a month, for up to six months, to anyone claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance, Disability Allowance, Personal Independent Payment, Employment and Support Allowance, or employment-based Universal Credit.
Vodafone enhances VOXI For Now social tariff to boost support for those in financial hardship
The VOXI For Now tariff, on Vodafone’s VOXI brand, will give unlimited 5G data, calls and texts for just £10 a month to anyone receiving benefits.
VOXI is the mobile network for young people, offering contract-free plans that let you use selected social and video apps, endlessly, without eating into your general data allowance. VOXI Drop launched in January 2019 and more than a quarter of a million rewards have been claimed to date. The loyalty programme gives customers exclusive freebies every month from well-known brands.

Trusted third-party site Moneyhub will provide VOXI with an automated FCA-regulated eligibility checking process, enabling quick and simple access to the tariff within three steps. Applicants must:
- Confirm their benefits are paid into a UK bank account.
- Select their bank from a pre-populated list.
- Consent by agreeing that Moneyhub will check eligibility through Open Banking, to verify they receive a government benefit payment.
