VeryMe Rewards: Everything you need to know

If you’re a Vodafone UK mobile customer and not using the VeryMe Rewards programme, then you’re missing out on a treasure trove of weekly treats, offers and discounts.

VeryMe Rewards is the loyalty programme for Vodafone mobile customers. Every week, it is packed with treats, offers and discounts. Plus, for summer 2023, you’ll get the chance to win tickets to iconic UK events such as Glastonbury Festival and Wimbledon.

Accessing and benefiting from VeryMe Rewards is easy. Here’s what you need to know.

Who can use VeryMe Rewards?

Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile customers can use VeryMe Rewards. Pay As You Go mobile customers who top up at least £10 every six weeks, as well as Vodafone Business mobile customers with 1-9 employees, can also access VeryMe Rewards.

What do I need to access VeryMe Rewards?

You’ll need your eligible Vodafone SIM card in a mobile device running iOS 12 or later (which covers almost every iPhone and iPad sold in the past 10 years) or a mobile device running Android 5 or later.

VeryMe has its own dedicated tab in the My Vodafone app. This app can be downloaded for free from the App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei App Gallery.

If you’ve never used the My Vodafone app before, you’ll have to set it up by following the on-screen prompts. These will appear the first time you open the app after installation.

What kind of rewards are available from VeryMe?

There’s an ever-changing selection of goodies on VeryMe Rewards, from 2-for-1 deals at local restaurants to vouchers for treats at stores such as Morrisons and Boots. So it pays to check the VeryMe tab regularly in the My Vodafone app, or to enable notifications.

Look out for #FeelgoodFriday offers too, such as free drinks from Costa Coffee and discounts on sweets from Candy Kittens.

How do I claim a reward from VeryMe Rewards?

Tap on a reward and follow the on-screen instructions. The precise steps will differ depending on the reward, but it’ll typically involve presenting a QR code or barcode at the till for in-store offers. For online offers, you’ll usually have to enter a redemption code consisting of letters and numbers when checking out on the retailer’s website.

Does VeryMe Rewards only offer freebies and discounts?

Prize draws are also available through VeryMe Rewards.

When I found out I had won the competition it was an amazing thing, but it didn’t feel real until I started planning my first trip to the Seychelles.

Sanjay Sanghani won a trip to the 2022 Australian Open through VeryMe Rewards. Sanjay said: “Announcing this win to my friends, I heard on multiple occasions, ‘I thought these rewards things were fake! I’ve never seen anyone win anything from these competitions!’ I guess I’ve proved them wrong there…

“It’s convinced me to keep entering every single competition that pops up on the Rewards app [sic], and keep hoping for another win! Fingers crossed!”

A customer who wishes to remain anonymous won the 2022 March Madness prize draw, bagging a stunning prize of a holiday worth £10,000 every year for five years. They said: “When I found out I had won the competition it was an amazing thing, but it didn’t feel real until I started planning my first trip to the Seychelles.”

Not everyone can be a prize draw winner, but you’ll never know unless you enter.
