Vodafone Business wins gold at CCA Excellence Awards for outstanding customer care

Vodafone Business is celebrating a major milestone after securing both a Gold and Silver award at the prestigious CCA Excellence Awards in Glasgow.

Widely regarded as one of the most esteemed events in the customer service industry, the CCA Excellence Awards honour organisations that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Judged by a panel of more than 50 industry experts, the awards spotlight best-in-class service delivery, innovation, and customer care.

And the winner is…

Vodafone’s Critical, Corporate and Health team took home the Gold Award for Multi-Channel Support Team of the Year. They were recognised for delivering seamless, high-quality customer care and incident management across multiple contact channels for some of the UK’s largest enterprise customers.

The Silver Award for Best Technology Partnership was awarded to Vodafone’s Business Care, Billing and Collections team for their collaboration with Thrive – the communications and learning platform that empowers frontline employees.

Since launching last year, Thrive has significantly improved both customer experience and operational performance by providing real-time, accessible knowledge to teams across the business.

According to the latest data from Ofcom, Vodafone Business reduced its share of industry complaints to just 2.2% in April, with only four cases raised for business customers.

This significant achievement demonstrates the company’s consistent focus on quality care and resolution, supporting Vodafone’s ambition to become the number one brand for customer experience in the UK, underpinned by a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
