5G ready phones and plans for business

The first 5G compatible phones are now on sale with 5G-ready business plans – and Vodafone’s growing 5G network rolls out in key locations on 3 July 2019**.

And the best part?
Our 5G network will cost the same to use as the 4G network - so you can invest in your business’s future without splashing out. You can also get 5G compatible devices on 36-month plans for an even lower monthly cost. With 5G, not only can your business benefit from download speeds of up to 1Gbps (versus 100Mbps on 4G), but you’ll also be able to get real-time visibility into what’s going on in your business - allowing you to stay ahead of your competition.

Just choose a a 5G ready phone with a Business Premier plan, and 5G will activate automatically as soon as our network goes live.

** We are working hard with our partners to ensure our customers get the best possible experience on our network and that our devices are all 5G ready. Some devices may need to be activated after 3rd July – this is to ensure they have the most up-to-date software and that our customers get a seamless 5G experience on these devices.

Why your business needs 5G

Number 1

Do faster business on the move

With 5G you’ll get office Wi-Fi speeds on the go, so your business can move up to 10 times faster than it did on 4G, with average speeds of 150-250Mbps compared to 23-35 Mbps on 4G.

Number 2

Enable innovation

5G enables you to become a smarter, more responsive data-driven business, thereby supporting your ambition for innovation, and your readiness for evolution in the Internet of Things.

Number 3

Real-time results

5G gives you real-time visibility into what’s going on in your business, improving your management capabilities and letting you monitor, track and optimise key processes in real-time.

Where can I get 5G?

The UK is leading the way in adopting a 5G mobile network, and Vodafone is one of the first operators to name an official switch-on date. Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool and London will be some of the first cities in the world to get a 5G network. Birkenhead, Blackpool, Bournemouth, Guildford, Newbury, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Reading, Southampton, Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington and Wolverhampton will follow later in 2019.
