Key information

Replacement devices can only be delivered to UK addresses.

You can take out insurance cover at any point in a contract, charged on a monthly basis (minimum term is 3 months). You can cancel at any point in your contract too – we just need 30 days’ notice. If you cancel before the 3-month minimum period is up, you’ll need to pay premiums for the rest of the 3-month term, at which point your policy will be cancelled

You can make up to 3 successful claims in a 12-month period, at which point your policy will be cancelled.

Devices registered with the Apple Device Enrolment Program are not eligible for Vodafone Rapid.

    No need to worry if your device stops working after its warranty has expired. Whichever cover you choose, once your claim has been approved we’ll repair or replace it.

    We understand that devices may belong to the business as a whole and be shared between employees. That’s why our insurance automatically covers anyone who’s authorised to use the device in question – giving you one less thing to worry about.

    30-day single trip worldwide device cover

    Your employees need the flexibility to take phones and tablets anywhere, any time. Our 30-day worldwide cover applies to any single trip abroad for up to 30 days. If something should happen to a device on a business trip, a repair or replacement can be arranged as soon as your employee is back in the UK.
