  • On Vodafone EVO, not only new but also refurbished phones include Lifetime Service Promise.
  • Vodafone EVO is the smart choice for smartphones, as customers can choose the device they want on a monthly price plan that suits them, with flexible, interest-free phone contract lengths spread across 3-36 months, flexible upfront costs and the option to upgrade from three months in.

Vodafone has launched the UK’s only Lifetime Service Promise on Vodafone EVO. This new market-leading offering means every new and refurbished phone comes with Battery Refresh and Lifetime Warranty, so phones last longer with Vodafone, at no extra cost.

Lifetime Warranty is Vodafone’s best-ever care for devices and the only one of its kind on the market. It covers device repairs against manufacturer faults for as long as customers have a Pay Monthly Airtime Plan, giving customers great peace of mind, at no extra cost. What’s more, all phones purchased with Lifetime Warranty will be covered for warranty repairs for as long as customers have at least one Vodafone Pay Monthly Airtime Plan on their account. So, if customers upgrade to a new device and keep their old one as a back-up, they’ll both be covered.

With Battery Refresh, customers don’t have to worry about their battery letting them down. Vodafone will replace a drained battery if needed. If customers are having issues with their battery performance, they simply use the Battery Refresh Tool in the My Vodafone app to check its status and visit a Vodafone store to have it sent off to be replaced – free of charge. Battery Refresh covers battery health checks and replacements for up to three years.

Could you be eligible for a priority fault repair?

Vodafone believes everyone has the right to be connected, and that connectivity is particularly important for vulnerable customers.

Lifetime Service Promise is the latest addition to Vodafone EVO, the flexible mobile offering that lets customers get the latest device at a monthly price that suits them. Customers can decide how much they want to pay upfront for their new device, as well as choose the length of their smartphone contract – anything from 3-to-36 months, interest-free.

Vodafone EVO is the smart way to buy a smartphone. Customers can also take advantage of flexible upgrades, allowing them to get a new phone from three months into their plan, as well as choosing to trade-in their old smartphone to make their next handset more affordable.

Customers who want to take advantage of Lifetime Service Promise on the summer 2023 Samsung Galaxy launch can purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 from £17 a month** (£49 upfront cost) with 8GB of mobile data. They can also purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 from £36 a month** (£59 upfront cost) with 8GB of mobile data on Vodafone EVO.

Customers can save up to £744, guaranteed, when they trade in an eligible device and purchase the latest Samsung Flip or Fold device before 31 August 2023. Vodafone’s Trade-in Tool offers customers an instant, guaranteed quote before the phone has left their hands, providing reassurance that the price quoted is the price Vodafone will pay.

Max Taylor, Vodafone’s UK Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We know that customers are now keeping phones for up to four years***, so we are thrilled to be adding our new market-leading Lifetime Service Promise to Vodafone EVO. It gives our customers that extra peace of mind, knowing their phone is covered for as long as they choose to keep the device.”

What’s more, Vodafone EVO combined with Home Broadband offers a whole-family broadband and mobile deal solution – Vodafone Together. It gives families the best of both worlds, saving them up to £380 a year and up to 30% on their data plan for every SIM they add.
