At Vodafone, we're always looking for ways to improve the services we offer our customers, and transform the way we work to make it easier for you. This is why we've decided to update our Content Management System.
What’s changing and why?
We’re upgrading the system we use to store your documents to provide you with a new, fresher interface that will make uploading and accessing your documents simpler and more efficient
What you need to know
You don't have to do anything; your access rights and the way you access your documents will remain the same, but you may notice some minor cosmetic changes

Why is this change taking place?
The change is taking place in order to migrate all documents to our strategic content management solution.
When is this change taking place?
The change is taking place 15-17 February 2019.
Will I be able to access documents during the period of migration?
During the migration period 18:00 on Friday 15th February to 23:00 on Sun 17th February, you will be unable to access your documents
What change(s) will I experience once the migration is completed?
The main change you’ll experience is that the page displaying your folders will be in a SharePoint format
How will I benefit from the changes?
Our strategic content management solution will provide you with additional search functionality.
Will I still be able to access my documents in the same way?
Yes, you’ll be able to access your documents in exactly the same way.
Will the change cause any disruption to my access to my documents?
You’ll be unable to access your documents during the migration period.
