We’re changing where we store the important documents you access

What’s changing and why?

  • We’re upgrading the system we use to store your documents to provide you with a new, fresher interface that will make uploading and accessing your documents simpler and more efficient

What you need to know

  • You don't have to do anything; your access rights and the way you access your documents will remain the same, but you may notice some minor cosmetic changes
  • The Frequently Asked Questions section below should answer any questions you may have. Once you’ve reviewed the FAQs, if you still have questions,  please contact your Account Manager directly
