Vodafone One Net Express activation prize draw

Here you can find useful information about the prize draw - including how to enter, the prize and how the draw will be run.

How to enter

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and live in the UK. Entry is open to Vodafone One Net Express customers who receive the Vodafone One Net Express Activation Survey (“survey”). One entry per person.
  2. The prize draw will open at 8am on 1 June 2014 and close at 11.59pm on 31 July 2014 (“promotional period”).
  3. To enter, you must complete and reply to the survey sent to you by text from Vodafone.
  4. Your entry must not be inappropriate, offensive or illegal. We’ll disqualify such entries without notice.

Winner and Prize

  1. There is one prize to win.
  2. The winner will be chosen independently, at random, from all valid entries submitted. We’ll contact the winner via the mobile number used to respond to the survey. If no response is received within seven days, a new winner will be drawn and contacted until the prize is accepted.
  3. The winner will receive an iPad Air (16GB). The prize will include a Vodafone Pay as you go SIM card with 1GB data to use within the UK, which lasts for 30 days.
  4. The prize is subject to availability and confirmation. If the prize isn’t available, we’ll try and provide a prize of equal or greater value.
  5. Winners are responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the prize, including any future Pay as you go TopUps.
  6. We won’t allow you to transfer your prize to someone else, and we won’t give you cash instead.
  7. You may have to agree to separate terms in order to enjoy your prize, such as our Pay as you go airtime conditions and Pay as you go price plan (see www.vodafone.co.uk/terms).

Publicity & Content

  1. We’ll use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you’ve agreed to this.
  2. For the winner’s name, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Channel Marketing Specialist (Commercial Marketing Propositions) at Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN by 30 January 2015.
  3. While we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
  4. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries, and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  5. By entering the prize draw, you accept these terms. Our decisions are final, and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
