Vodafone and Purina V-Pet Pod3 prize draw

 

Here you can find useful information about the prize draw including how to enter, the prize, and how it will be run.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw will open at 00.00 on the 10th July 2019 and close at 23.59 on the 14th August 2019.
  2. To enter you must purchase a V-Pet Pod3 directly from Vodafone and activate it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made via Amazon or any other reseller will not be eligible for the promotion.
  3. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per person. 
  4. You will be automatically entered in to this prize draw by making an eligible purchase within the prize draw period.
  5. You must activate your subscription on the V By Vodafone app for the V-Pet Pod3 Tracker within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.
  6. Sorry but this competition isn’t open to purchases made in Northern Ireland
  7. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
    1. You don’t live in Great Britain
    2. You’re under 18years old.  

Winner and Prize

  1. There will be 55 winners and 55 prizes to be won.
  2. The winners will receive either:

a)       A years supply of Purina Pro plan Adult dog food valued at £494.55 RRP (to be provided to the winner in a number of instalments throughout the year)

b)       Purina Pro plan Pack of Adult Dog food at £16.95 RRP

  1. The winners, along with which prize they win, will be selected independently, at random. We will contact the winner on the email provided on your V by Vodafone account when you set up your subscription. If we do not receive a response from you within seven days, we will pick another winner.
  2. If the prize is not available for any reason, we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
  3. We do not allow you to transfer your prize to someone else and we will not give you cash instead.
  4. Prizes will be supplied at least 90 days after the promotion ends, if you return your tracker within this time you will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
  5. You must activate your V-Pet tracker on the V by Vodafone application and supply a valid email address on this set up within 30 days of purchase, if you do not you will not be eligible for the prize draw.
  6. Purina will fulfil prizes; as a result, they may get in touch with you so please keep an eye out for their email (including your junk folder).

Publicity & Content

  1. Vodafone will be required to share your contact details to Purina if you are a winner, before we do this we will contact you to confirm you’re happy for us to do this.
  2. If you are a winner we will supply Purina the winner’s reference code in order to fulfil your prize; this will not be used for any marketing purposes. We will also be required to provide your Name and Address along with the reference code to Purina. If you decide you do not want to share this data with Purina we will be unable to fulfil your prize and we will pick an alternative winner.
  3. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happen that is beyond our reasonable control.
  4. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  5. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.  
  6. You will be bound by Purina’s privacy terms available here www.purina.co.uk/terms-and-conditions  as part of this prize draw.
