Early Cancellation Credit Offer

Terms and conditions

Eligibility and the Offer:


  • The Switch My Broadband Credit Offer (the “Offer”) is only available to consumers who are in contract with another UK broadband/internet service provider (“Provider”) on the date that they order the Vodafone Home Broadband and Phone service.
  • You must have paid an “early termination” or” cancellation” charge (“Cancellation Charge”) to leave that Provider early (excluding standard monthly or outstanding out-of-allowance charges).
  • You will receive an amount equal to the Cancellation Charge credited to your Vodafone account (up to a maximum of £100).

How to claim:


  • You must complete the short claim form at www.vodafone.co.uk/switchmybroadband and provide evidence of the Cancellation Charge by uploading; i) a copy of your final bill, with an itemised breakdown of the Cancellation Charge and ii) proof of payment of the bill.
  • Once your Vodafone Home Broadband and Phone service has been active for 30 days you will be eligible to claim your credit. You must claim within 60 days of your Vodafone Home Broadband and Phone service being activated, claims made after this date will be rejected.
  • You’ll receive an email confirming the amount that will be credited to your Vodafone account. This will be applied within 30 days of the confirmation email.
  • Please note, if you cancel your Vodafone Home Broadband and Phone order or service during your 30-day cooling-off period (which starts from date of activation) you will not be eligible for the Offer

Other information:


  • Please note, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or voucher unless stated otherwise. This includes (but is not limited to) price promotions, ‘free’ product promotions or Vodafone employee Home Broadband and Phone discount.
  • There is no cash alternative to this Offer.
  • The Offer excludes Vodafone employees.
  • We may amend, cancel or end this Offer at any time. If we do, we'll try to let you know as soon as possible. Our decision is final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
  • In the course of this Offer we may collect personal information about you, our Privacy Policy on the registration page of the Offer explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.
  • Your Home Broadband and Phone service is subject to the standard terms of service which can be found at www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband
  • These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to the Vodafone Broadband and Home Phone price plan terms and conditions and any other agreement between you and Vodafone (“Plan Agreements”). If there's a conflict with what is said in these terms and what is said in the Plan Agreements, then what's said in the Plan Agreements will prevail.
  • By accepting this Offer, we’ll take that as your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • This Agreement is governed by English Law, unless
    • you live in Scotland, in which case it will be governed by Scots law, or
    • you live in Northern Ireland, in which case it will be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
