  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
    1. “Offer” means one (1) code to receive a technology pack comprising of an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Ultra HD and Amazon Echo Dot (4th Generation) for Eligible Members who purchase a Qualifying Plan;
    2. “Offer Period” means 00:01 1 July 2021 – 23:59 30 July 2021;
    3. “Promoter” means Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN. Registered in England No 1471587;
    4. “Eligible Members” means new customers who:
      1. purchase one of the Qualifying Plans within the Offer Period;
      2. have an existing PAYM Plan; and
      3. do not cancel their Qualifying Plan within 14 days of their service activation date;
    5. “PAYM Plan” means any Vodafone pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only airtime plan or SIM only data plan; and
    6. “Qualifying Plans” means a Vodafone Home Broadband plan.
  2. This offer is only available to Eligible Members.
  3. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer and no additional payment is required from Eligible Members.
  4. In order to redeem the Offer, Eligible Members must provide a valid email address and phone number when purchasing a Qualifying Plan. It may take up to 28 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for Eligible Members to be confirmed as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 28 day period has passed. Once eligibility for the Offer has been confirmed by the Promoter, the Promoter will send an email and/or an MMS to Eligible Members to the email address/mobile number provided with details of how to redeem the Offer. Eligible Members will have until 15 November 2021 to redeem the Offer. Amazon’s promotional terms and conditions and standard terms of sale also apply to the Offer.
  5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code that may be available during the Offer Period. The Offer is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s website.
  8. The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value in the event that the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  9. Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The statutory rights of Eligible Members are not affected.
  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  12. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited's privacy policy available at: www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy.
