Amazon Echo Plus Offer
1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
a. the “Offer” means one (1) Amazon Echo Plus 2nd Generation (charcoal, heather grey or sandstone fabric) for qualifying Eligible Members.
b. subject to availability whilst stocks last
c. the “Promoter” means Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN. Registered in England No 1471587.
d. “Home Broadband Plan” means any one of the following Vodafone plans when purchased through Vodafone directly (i.e. not through affiliates such as Carphone Warehouse) :
i. Superfast 1 Fibre Home Broadband
ii. Superfast 2 Fibre Home Broadband
iii. Vodafone Gigafast 100
iv. Vodafone Gigafast 500
v. Vodafone Gigafast 900
e. “Eligible Members” means new customers who purchase one of the Home Broadband plans set out in (c) above within the Offer Period.
2. In order to redeem the Offer, Eligible Members must provide a valid email address.
3. In order to claim the Offer, Eligible Members will be sent an email with a promotional code that can be used at checkout at amazon.co.uk in order to receive the Amazon Echo Plus 2nd Generation. This will be sent within 30-60 days after the customer purchases a Home Broadband Plan (if a customer purchases any of the eligible Vodafone Gigafast plans, the promotional code will be received 2-4 weeks after installation of their Vodafone Gigafast service) Customers should be aware that it may take up to 60 days to receive this email to redeem the Offer and the promotional code will be valid until 31st December 2019 inclusive. Under no circumstances can the promotional code validity period be extended. The Eligible Member can elect to receive the Offer by standard or express delivery on amazon.co.uk.
4. Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or incentives that may be available during the Offer Period.
6. The Offer is not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. The price for the purchase of the Home Broadband plans set out in (c) above within the Offer Period includes the Offer and no additional payment is required from Eligible Members.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value in the event that the original Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The statutory rights of Eligible Members are not affected.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter’s web site.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
