Terms and conditions

Promoter

1. The promoter is Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN (the "Promoter").

Offer

2. Get one (1) promotional code per customer to receive a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) ("Ring Doorbell") when you purchase a Home Broadband plan ("Qualifying Plan") directly from the Promoter. The purchase can be made online from www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband, in-store or via the telephone, Web Chat.

3. Home Broadband Essentials plans are excluded from this promotion.

4. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites are excluded from this promotion.

5. The Qualifying Plan you purchase will be subject to a 24-month minimum contract plan.

6. The price for the purchase of a Qualifying Plan includes the Offer and no additional payment is required subject to the payment of applicable postage and packaging charges referred to in section 29 below.

Offer Period

7. You will need to complete your purchase between 00:01 on 3 July 2023 until 23:59 on 25 July 2023 (the "Offer Period").

Eligibility

8. To be eligible for the Offer you must:

  • a) be at least 18 years old with a UK bank account;
  • b) purchase a Qualifying Plan within the Offer Period;
  • c) have an existing Vodafone pay monthly mobile plan, SIM only airtime plan or SIM only data plan ("PAYM Plan");
  • d) be resident and responsible for paying the bills at the address where the Qualifying Plan will be installed; and
  • e) remain a Qualifying Plan customer for at least 14 days after you have purchased your Qualifying Plan.

9. The Offer is only available to new Vodafone home broadband customers that fulfil the Eligibility Criteria set out in 7 above. Customers upgrading from an existing Vodafone Home Broadband plan are not eligible for this Offer.

10. If you purchase a Qualifying Plan online, the purchase should be completed in one session to ensure the sale is tracked correctly. If before completing your transaction you click through to Vodafone from an affiliate site or navigate away from the Vodafone site, the sale may not track correctly, and you will not qualify for the Offer. Further, If you use adblocking software, a VPN, or have cookies disabled on your device the sale may not track correctly and you will not qualify for the Offer.

How and when to receive the Offer

11. In order to redeem the Offer, you must provide a valid email address when purchasing a Qualifying Plan.

12. It may take up to 30 days from the date of activation of a Qualifying Plan for you to be verified as eligible for the Offer. The Promoter will only consider queries about eligibility for the Offer once this 30-day period has passed.

13. When the Promoter has verified your eligibility for the Offer, the Promoter will send an email to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase with details of how to redeem the Offer. The confirmation email will contain your promotional code and a link to the Ring Video Camera and Ring Doorbell product page on amazon.co.uk.

14. Your promotional code can only be redeemed on amazon.co.uk. The promotional code cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of any other product, for products from third-party sellers on Amazon's Marketplace, or from any other of Amazon's websites.

15. When redeeming your promotional code on amazon.co.uk, you will have to place an order by adding the Ring Doorbell or Ring Video Camera to your shopping basket and complete your order via checkout. You cannot use the 1-click ordering method.

16. If you place an order using a promotional code on amazon.co.uk and then return or cancel that order, the promotional code cannot be refunded or re-used.

17. You have until 31 December 2023 to use your promotional code.

General

18. These terms are specific to the Offer and are in addition to Vodafone's standard terms and conditions for the Qualifying Plan.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to charge you the value of the promotional code if it is redeemed, and you thereafter cancel your Vodafone Home Broadband plan within the 14-day cooling off period for your Qualifying Plan, as described in Vodafone's terms and conditions and return's policy.

21. The Offer is subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute the Offer with another offer of similar value if the Offer is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

22. Any decisions made by the Promoter over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Offer are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors of that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. There is no cash alternative to the Offer.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw the Offer at any time with immediate effect via the Promoter's website, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.

26. You can only claim the Offer once and the Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders and/or combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code that may available during the Offer Period.

27. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

28. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Vodafone Limited's privacy policy available at: vodafone.co.uk/privacy.

Postage and packing charges will be applied to each item in accordance with Amazon's standard delivery rates and policies.
