Terms and conditions

Participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

The Promoter

  1. Vodafone Limited (company number 01471587), Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN (the 'Promoter') with Kid-A Limited ("Kid A") acting on behalf of Vodafone.

The Promotion

  1. The promotion allows eligible participants to get 20% off selected accessories purchased directly from Kid-A's website, Get Go Fone ('Promotion'). This Promotion excludes official products from Samsung, Apple and/or Google ('Excluded Accessories').

Promotion Period

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 24 July 2023 (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility

  1. You must be a resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Island or Isle of Man, acting in your personal capacity ("Participant").
  2. To participate in this Promotion, you (hereinafter "you" or the "Participant") need to purchase a Pay Monthly Airtime Plan (a "Qualifying Plan") from Vodafone's website via www.vodafone.co.uk during the Promotion Period.
  3. Once you have purchased a Qualifying Plan during the Promotion Period, you will receive a 20% off voucher code (the "Voucher"). Participants will receive the Voucher code at the checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Claim Period

  1. To redeem and claim your Voucher, you need to go to our partner website Get Go Fone within 60 days of purchase of a Qualifying Plan ('Claim Period').

Claims

  1. Participants must visit Get Go Phone's website, add accessory/ies that are not Excluded Accessories, then enter the Voucher code at the checkout (a "Claim").
  2. The Voucher must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  3. The Voucher applies to full and reduced price items excluding the Excluded Accessories.
  4. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
  5. Only one Voucher can be used per Participant.
  6. Returned items will be processed in accordance with our return policy and where applicable will be refunded at the discounted price paid.
  7. The Voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  8. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Promotion including without limitation the purchase of a Qualifying Plan and costs for claiming the Promotional Product including accessing the internet if applicable. Costs to participate in the Promotion via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
  9. The Voucher is applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and the cost of any Excluded Accessories (subject to the eligibility criteria set out in these terms).

Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Promoter's use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing Claims redemption processes. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter's privacy policy available at: www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter's privacy policy.
  2. The details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Voucher may be passed to third parties in connection with the processing of their Claim. The Participants details and information will not be used for any other purpose other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, unless the Participant specifically consent to share their data for additional purposes.

General

  1. Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time by the Promoter.
  2. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the operation of the Offer, we reserve the right to end or suspend the Offer and amend these Terms and Conditions. If this is to your detriment, we will give you reasonable notice.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
  4. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Claims due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
  5. By entering the Promotion, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including but not limited to negligence) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
  6. The Terms and Conditions for this Promotion are governed by English law and any disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
