These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Vodafone September Surprise and Delight campaign.

We’re offering our customers 25 retro prints from Cheerz, free until 31 October 2018. The first 500 claims will also receive free post and packaging. Simply reply to the marketing message to receive your unique code.

Vodafone September 2018 Surprise and Delight – terms and conditions

Useful information about the promotion, including how it’ll be run, the gift, and how to claim the free Cheerz photos.

How to claim

  1. The promotion will open at 9am on 19 September 2018 and will close at 11.59pm on 31 October 2018
  2. To claim, reply PHOTO to 41142.  You’ll then be sent a Cheerz promotional code by text message within three days
  3. The first 500 claims will receive the offer of 25 free retro prints along with free post and packaging. Following this, all other claims will receive the offer of 25 free retro prints (post and packaging not included)
  4. Using this method, one claim can be submitted per Vodafone mobile number. Duplicate claims will not be accepted
  5. You can’t claim this offer if:
    • You’re a Vodafone employee (or you have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied to your phone number)
    • You don’t live in the UK
    • You’re under 18 years old
    • You don’t have an eligible device to download and install the My Vodafone app
    • You’re claiming on a Mobile Broadband device
    • You’re a Home Broadband-only customer
  6. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the gifts provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any gift, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise
  7. If the gift is not available for any reason we will replace it with an item of equivalent value
  8. We don’t allow you to transfer your gift to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead

Free 25 retro prints from Cheerz offer - terms and conditions

  1. Offer is for one, 25 free retro prints (8 x 10cm) at Cheerz. Cheerz site terms and conditions
  2. Once a customer has successfully claimed the offer, they’ll be sent a text message containing a link to their unique Cheerz voucher. The text will be sent within three days of claiming. Text message will be valid until 23:59:59 on 31 October 2018
  3. To redeem, the customer must visit the Cheerz website: www.cheerz.com/uk or app, order their 25 - 8 x 10cm retro prints, and then enter the voucher code in the voucher code section of the check out
  4. Offer valid 19 September 2018 until 31 October 2018
  5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount 
  6. Only one claim per customer
  7. Offer is one use only, is not transferable and has no cash value

Publicity and content

  1. We will use your details to run the promotion
  2. We will keep the contact details you submit after the promotion has ended and may update the information we already hold for you if your contact details have changed or have been updated. In the future, we may keep you informed generally about new products and services (unless you choose not to receive our marketing messages).   3. We reserve the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the claim process or don’t comply with these rules. Please note Vodafone employees are not eligible to claim the offer and we will exclude any phone numbers that have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied
  4. By claiming the offer, you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you
