Spring Data Giveaway Terms (1 March to 31 March 2019)

1. Top up a minimum of £10 in one transaction using the My Vodafone app between 00:01 on 01 March 2019 and 23:59 on 31 March 2019 to be entered into the free data prize draw. 

2. Offer does not apply to purchases of a Big Value Bundle, Extra or Freebie.

3. Offer only applies to card TopUps (for yourself or someone else) in the My Vodafone app and does not apply to TopUp voucher redemption, PayPal TopUps or Auto-TopUps in the app.

4. You must top up a minimum of £10 per entry into the draw. Entries are unlimited.

5. There will be 1000 winners total, each being awarded one of the following prizes:

1. 100 winners will receive 50GB of extra data;
2. 200 winners will receive 20GB of extra data;
3. 300 winners will receive 1GB of extra data; and
4. 400 winners will receive 500MB of extra data.



6. Each extra data prize lasts for a 30 day period, which starts on the date it is added to your account. If you have a Big Value Bundle, the prize data will not be eligible for Total Rollover.

7. Winning entries will be drawn at random after the competition closes. Winners will be notified by text within seven days. If you’re a winner, your free data will be added to your account automatically.

8. The My Vodafone app is available to smartphone (iOS and Android) customers only. To register for the My Vodafone app, go to vodafone.co.uk/app

9. There is no cash alternative.

10. You must be resident in the UK to take advantage of this offer.

11. These Terms will be governed by English law unless:

1. You live in Scotland, in which case, it will be governed by Scots law; or
2. You live in Northern Ireland, in which case it will be governed by the law of Northern Ireland
