Big Top Up Win Back (1 May to 31 May 2019)
How to enter
1. This competition will open at 00:01am on 1 May 2019 and will close at 23:59pm on
31 May 2019.
2. To enter you must top up in the My Vodafone app with any Top Up amount. This competition is limited to one entry per customer though you may top up more than once to increase the value of your potential prize.
3. Offer only applies to card Top ups (for yourself or someone else) in the My Vodafone
app and does not apply to Top Up voucher redemption, PayPal Top ups or Auto-
Top ups in the app.
4. To enter this competition you must be:
- a. A Vodafone Pay as you go customer
- b. Living in the UK
- c. Aged 18 years or older
Winner and Prize
5. There will be 500 winners chosen at random.
6. The winners’ Pay as you go accounts will be credited with their cumulative Top up
amount (up to a maximum prize limit of £100) for the month of May, e.g. users who
topped-up on two occasions with amounts of £10 and £20, respectively, could win £30 of credit.
7. The maximum prize limit is £100 of credit, even if users top up more than this.
8. Winners will be selected independently, at random, from all qualifying entries and
notified via SMS within one week of the closing date.
9. Please allow up to 30 days from notification of a win to receipt of the prize.
10. If the prize is not available for any reason, Vodafone will replace it with a prize of equal
value.
11. Prizes cannot be transferred to someone else or given as cash.
12. We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t
keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you
have agreed to this.
13. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be
responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
14. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without
notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
15. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we
reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
16. You may have to agree to separate terms in order to enjoy your prize (such as our
