Vodafone SSP Group Plc Free Hot Drink Terms & Conditions January 2019


These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Vodafone January 2019 Surprise and Delight campaign.

Promoter: Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN.

Administrator: TLC Marketing UK Ltd, 17a-19 Harcourt Street, London, W1H 4HF.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible to claim any offers, the customer must have received an invitation via SMS/Text message from Vodafone UK. The Gift is not available to employees of the Promoter and Administrator, except where the Promoter or Administrator employee has a personal contract.

  2. Promotional Period: The promotional period is 2nd January 2019 to 12th January 2019. Eligible customers must reply HOT DRINK to the invitation message by 12th January and then use their voucher to claim the reward within 24 hours of receiving it.

  3. The Gift: The Gift is a free small hot drink (Americano Coffee, Mocha, Flat White, Hot Chocolate, Latte, Cappuccino or Tea - This excludes seasonal drinks and caramel/ vanilla or hazelnut lattes) from the following SSP Group Ltd venues in rail stations:
    1. Café Ritazza
    2. Pumpkin
    3. Camden Food Company
    4. The Pasty Shop
    5. Delice De France
    6. Upper Crust
  4. How to participate:
    1. Eligible customers will receive a message from Vodafone UK asking them if they would like to receive a free gift.
    2. Customer will need to reply HOT DRINK to that message by 12th January 2019.
    3. Customer will then receive a reply SMS from Vodafone containing a Unique Claim Code to claim their free gift.
    4. Customer will have 24 hours from receipt of this message (expiry date will be confirmed within the reward SMS) to claim their gift by visiting a participating store and presenting their code at the point of purchase.
  5. One claim/ entry per offer, per person.

  6. The Promoter and the Administrator accepts no responsibility for any registrations that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator.

  7. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those registrations which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

  8. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;
    1. Are not an eligible Vodafone customer (as defined in paragraph 1 above);
    2. Have not responded to your invitation message from Vodafone UK within the designated timeframe and in the specified manner;
    3. Have not used your offer within the allotted deadline;
    4. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions and corresponding partner Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or the Administrator in its sole discretion.
  9. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace any reward with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

  10. Gifts are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  11. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the customer, or accept any liability, for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using any Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

  12. Your data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy at www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy The customer details will be passed on to the Administrator for the administration of the Gifts.

  13. This promotion is administered by TLC Marketing UK Ltd (TLC), PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH.   14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  15. These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and eligible customers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
