Vodafone Treats (8 November to 26 November 2018)

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Vodafone Treats campaign. The campaign will include selected customers receiving access to a selection of prize draws/ offers/ gifts via SMS, MMS or push notification (“the offers”) from Vodafone (the “promoter”). Participants of the Vodafone Treats campaign agree to these terms and conditions.

Administrator: TLC Marketing UK Ltd, 17a-19 Harcourt Street, London, W1H 4HF.  

1. Eligibility: To be eligible to claim any offers, the customer must have the latest version of the My Vodafone app downloaded and have access to the Vodafone Treats page within the menu. The Gifts are not available to employees of the Promoter and Administrator, except where the Promoter or Administrator employee has a personal contract.

2. Promotional Period: Overall promotional period: 8 November 2018 to 26 November 2018. Eligible customers must enter the prize draw or redeem their Gift within the specified deadlines featured on the promotional website alongside each offer. The promotion will be broken into three different phases of offers:

   a. Phase 1: Three prize draws: 8 November 2018 – 15 November 2018
   b. Phase 2: Two added value offers: 15 November 2018 – 21 November 2018
   c. Phase 3: A free gift: 22 November 2018 – 26 November 2018

3. How to participate:  

   a. Eligible customers will receive a message (as set out in paragraph 1 above) which will
       contain details of the promotion and a link to access their prize draws/ offers/ gift.

   b. Once a customer has accessed the campaign via the My Vodafone App, the customer
       will be presented with the offer(s), which will change for each phase. The customer selects
       each tile to see more details about the offer and to enter/ claim the offer.

   c.
To enter a prize draw:

   i.   Customer enters by tapping the ‘enter’ button.
   ii.  From the entries, a winner will be selected on 3 December 2018 and contacted before
        11 December 2018.
   iii.  Winners will have seven days to accept their prize by submitting their details via
         email or via a unique link sent to them in their confirmation SMS.
   iv.  Prizes will be sent to winners within 30 days of confirmation of delivery address.

d. To claim an added value offer:

   i.   Customer claims by tapping the ‘claim’ button.
   ii.  Customers will then have 24 hours to visit a participating store and redeem their
        offer. After the 24-hour period has ended, the voucher will expire and customers
        will no longer be able to claim it.

e. To claim a gift:

  i.   Customer claims by tapping the ‘claim’ button.
  ii.  Customers will then have 24 hours to visit a participating Tesco store and redeem their
       free gift. After the 24-hour period has ended, the e-Gift link will expire and customers
       will no longer be able to claim it.

4. Offer Terms and Conditions: The offers available will be detailed on the promotional website. Please see
     the corresponding offer-specific terms and conditions linked to each offer tile, beneath the
     enter/ claim button. 3rd Party terms and conditions also apply where present, please follow
     the link provided in the offer-specific terms and conditions.

5. One claim/ entry per offer, per person.

6. Publicity & content:

a. We will use your details to contact you if you win a prize draw. We won’t keep your details
    after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you have agreed to this.
b. Whilst we’ll try to fulfil our obligations to run the promotion smoothly, we’ll not be responsible
     if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
c. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entrants and to disqualify you without notice if you
     tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
d. By receiving, claiming or entering an offer, you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and
    we reserve the right not to enter into detailed communication with you.

7. The Promoter and the Administrator accepts no responsibility for any registrations that are
    incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator.

8. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide further
    verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserve
    the right to reject those registrations which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are
    fraudulent or invalid.

9. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;

a. Are not an eligible Vodafone customer (as defined in paragraph 1 above);
b. Have not used your offer within the allotted deadline;
c. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions and corresponding partner Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or the Administrator in its sole discretion.

10. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace any reward with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.

11. Prizes, offers and gifts are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

12. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the customer, or accept any liability, for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using any Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Your data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and in accordance with our privacy policy at www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy The customer details will be passed on to the Administrator for the administration of the Gifts.

14. This promotion is administered by TLC Marketing UK Ltd (TLC), PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH. 15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

16. These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and eligible customers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Win a connected home bundle prize draw:

1.   Promotional period: This prize draw will open at 00:00:00 on 8 November 2018 and
      close at 00:00:00 on 15 November 2018.
2.   To enter: Tap the enter button on the offer page within the deadline specified. Using this
      method, one entry can be submitted per user.
3.   Prize: 10 winners will receive a connected home bundle (including 1 x Sonos Play:1, 1 x
      GoPro HERO, and 1 x Amazon Echo 2nd Gen).
4.   The choice of colour and size of the items are subject to promotional availability and while
      stocks last.
5.   Your gift will be delivered to the postal address provided within 30 days. Deliveries will be

3.   Prize: Ten winners will receive a two night stay in a standard room for two adults at a
      Bespoke Hotel and £200 spending money.
4.   Hotel destinations may depend on seasonal and promotional availability, as well as
      customer’s preferred travel dates. Travel between 15th December 2018 – 5th January
      2019, and Public Holidays in the UK are excluded.
5.   Promoter advises confirming travel dates with at least two months’ notice to avoid
      disappointment.
6.   The Hotel stay is valid for 12 months from the date of the winner accepting their prize (“Hotel
      stay Expiry Date”). All travel must be booked and taken by the Hotel stay Expiry Date and the
      Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the stay not being taken by the Hotel stay
      Expiry Date for any reason.
7.   Spending money will be transferred to customers seven days before the hotel stay is taken.
      This will be arranged via a bank transfer. Customers must share the following information 30
      days before the hotel stay is taken: Bank name, account holder name, account number, sort
      code.
8.   Travel to and from the hotel is not included by the administrator.
9.   The ten winners will be selected independently, at random, from 3 December 2018.
10.  Winners will then be contacted by email or SMS from 11 December 2018.
11.  Winners will have seven days in which to accept their prize by replying to the email or SMS
       and confirming their details.
12.  If a winner does not accept their prize before the deadline specified in the confirmation email

Win an £850 Marks and Spencer (M&S) voucher:

1.   Promotional period: The prize draw will open at 00:00:00 on 8 November 2018 and close at
      00:00:00 on the 15 November 2018.

3.   Prize: Ten winners will receive an M&S e-Gift Card to the value of £850.00. e-Gift Cards can

3. Validity: The voucher will be valid for 24 hours from the point of claiming the code. After this,
the voucher will expire and customers will no longer be able to use it.

Free Movie rental from CHILI:

1. Promotional period: Opens at 00:00:00 on the 15 November 2018 and closes at 23:59:59
on the 21 November 2018.
2. Gift: 1 x CHILI voucher which entitles the holder to claim one free SD, HD or HD+ movie rental
from the special selection range.
3. Validity: The voucher will be valid for 24 hours from the point of claiming the code. After this,
the voucher will expire and customers will no longer be able to use it.

5. Customers must visit the CHILI promotional page at www.chili.com/promotion and enter their
voucher code. Once entered, user will need to login or register to receive their free movie
credit. This will automatically be credited to their account upon login. Once applied, customers
will have until 23:59 14th February 2019 to use their credit and download their free movie
rental. Customer can then watch their movie within 28 days from the point of selection
(the “choice”) and 48 hours from the first “play”.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Credit can only be used
on new orders. It cannot be used on an order that has already been placed.

3. Validity: The e-Gift Card will be valid for 24 hours from the point of claiming. After this, the URL will expire and customers will no longer be able to use their e-Gift Card.
