To be in with a chance of winning one of 530 prizes, simply download the latest version of the My Vodafone app and enter the prize draw by selecting The Big Prize Drop in the menu.

Vodafone’s Big Prize Drop – Terms and Conditions

Here you can find useful information about the prize draw including how to enter, the prize, and how it will be run.

How to enter

1. The prize draw will open at 12pm on 1st March and will close at 3pm on 29th March 2018.
2. To enter you must be a Pay monthly or Pay as you go Vodafone consumer customer, and have downloaded and installed the My Vodafone app (available on the App Store and Google Play).  Only customers with a device operating system that is compatible with My Vodafone app version 6.3 or later are eligible to enter.
3. To enter, you must go to the main menu in the My Vodafone app and choose The Big Prize Drop. 
4. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per Vodafone mobile number. Duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
   • You’re a Vodafone employee (or you have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied to your phone number)
   • You don’t live in the UK
   • You’re under 18 years old
   • You don’t have an eligible device to download and install the My Vodafone app 

Winner and Prize

6. There are 530 prizes to be won. There will be 30 prizes for both Pay as you go and Pay monthly participants, 250 prizes for Pay as you go participants and 250 prizes for Pay monthly participants.
   • 15 x iPhone 8
   • 15 x Samsung Galaxy S8
   • 250 x second prize winners will win a whole year paid for on Pay as you go with a rolling £30 Big Value Bundle (if this prize is not available we will give credit of an equivalent value)
   • 250 x second prize winners will win their Pay monthly plan paid for them for 12-months (up to a value of £60 per month)
7. The 530 winners will be selected at random, from all eligible entries.
8. Prizes for both Pay as you go and Pay month participants:
   • The first 30 winners drawn will be allocated the first prizes of the phones; we will contact the 30 first prize winners on the Vodafone phone number provided in the short entry form. If we don't receive a response from you within seven days, we will pick another winner. If any of the first 30 prize winners are unable to accept the prize, new winners will be drawn until the phones have been accepted.
9. If the prizes are not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value, no cash alternative will be offered.
10. Please note no warranty is provided by Vodafone on the prizes.
11. Prizes for Pay as you go participants:
    • 250 x second prize winners will win a whole year paid for on Pay as you go with a rolling £30 Big Value Bundle (if this prize is not available we will give credit of an equivalent value)
12. Prizes for Pay monthly participants:
    • 250 x second prize winners will win their Pay monthly plan paid for them for 12-months (up to a value of £60 per month)
13. Please note, the prizes will apply to the Vodafone mobile number that entered the prize draw only. If you have multiple mobile numbers on your account, it’s only the winning mobile number that will be eligible for the prize.
14. All winners will be responsible for any out-of-plan charges which are not included in the monthly allowance of either a Pay as you go, Big Value Bundle or in a Pay monthly price plan. For example, winners will be responsible for out-of-plan charges such as, but not limited to, premium rate calls, international calls and picture messages.
15. If the second prizes are not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value, no cash alternative will be offered.
16. We make no representation or warranty in relation to the prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any prize, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise. 

Publicity & Content

17. We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win.
18. You can find out more about how we use your information and how to opt-out of marketing in our Privacy Policy.
19. We may ask you to take some photos of you and your prize and ask you to participate in any non-paid publicity or advertising we do.
20. The winners’ names will be included in future Vodafone newsletters. For the winners’ names please send a SAE to Consumer CVM team – Big Prize Giveaway, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN by 1 May 2018.
21. Whilst we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
22. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules. Please note Vodafone employees are not eligible to enter the prize draw and we will exclude any phone numbers that have a 60% or 80% Vodafone employee discount applied.
23. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
