Vodafone Pay as you go Coffee Promotion 2018

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to these terms and conditions.

Promotional Terms


1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to all Great Britain residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and Administrator.

2. Promotional Period: 1 March 2018 – 4 April 2018.

3. How to participate:

a. To participate in the Offer, customers must purchase a new SIM and activate a TopUp of £20 or more, or a Big Value Bundle via one of the following channels: Retail, Online, Argos or Sainsbury’s (including handset), during the promotional period.

b. Within 3 working days of successfully activating the TopUp or Big Value Bundle, customers will be sent an SMS message containing a unique code and link to the promotional site where they can register for their Costa e-Gift.

c. Customers must enter their unique code and register their details on the promotional website within 14 days of receiving their SMS message.

d. Within 48 hours of successfully registering, valid customers will receive a confirmation e-mail containing their Costa e-Gift. The Costa e-Gift will be valid for 6 months from the date of the confirmation email being received.

4. Gift: The gift offered is a Costa e-Gift for use against two free hot beverages up to a total value of £5.30. The e-Gift cards can be used at participating Costa outlets in England, Scotland and Wales only. e-Gift cards cannot be used at Costa Express locations, Costa ‘Proud to Serve’ locations or in Northern Ireland.

General terms


5. One claim per person.

6. All unique codes are for single use only.

7. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator.

8. Customers will only be emailed if their registration has been deemed valid. Invalid customers will not be notified.

9. The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require purchasers to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

10. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;

a. Reside outside of Great Britain

b. Are under 18 years old

c. Have not completed all requested entry fields on the promotional website correctly within 14 days of receiving their unique code SMS

d. Have not purchased a new SIM and activated a TopUp of £20 or more, or a Big Value Bundle via one of the following channels: Retail, Online, Argos or Sainsbury’s (including handset), within the promotional period

e. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or TLC Marketing in its sole discretion

11. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to replace the offer with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

12. We don’t allow you to transfer your gift to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

13. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter and the Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, permitted by law, be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using The Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

14. We will use your details to run the Promotion for the purposes of operating the Promotion only, unless otherwise stated in the claim details. We won’t keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you have agreed to this. By entering the Promotion, you accept these terms. 16. The Promoter and the Administrator’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

18. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
