Free tech check with Vodafone Insurance (1 February to 28 February 2023)

Free tech check (30 minutes) worth £25 when you insure with Vodafone Insurance between 1 February and 28 February 2023

1. The Offer is for a free tech team services appointment ("Tech Check") in store worth £25 with Vodafone's Tech Team Experts, available to Vodafone Insurance Eligible Customers only (the "Offer")

2. Eligible Customers are:

  • a) New and existing Vodafone customers who purchase Vodafone Insurance within the Offer Period;
  • b) Customers that are with other mobile networks but who purchase Vodafone Insurance within the Offer Period; and
  • c) SIMO customers who purchase Vodafone Insurance within the Offer Period.

3. Vodafone's Tech Team Experts could help customers with (but not limited to):

  • a) Full phone on-boarding, set-up, optimisation, privacy and online safety checks;
  • b) One to one tutorials based on your needs, including how to optimise the device and make the most of apps;
  • c) Software issues; and/or
  • d) Setting up your child's first phone in a way you both understand, with relevant content and safety checks.

4. This Offer will run from 00:01 1 February 2023 and ends on 22:00 on 28 February 2023 (the "Offer Period").

5. Eligible Customers must claim this Offer by booking the appointment within the first 90 days of the insurance being purchased.

6. Eligible Customers should receive an SMS within 48 hours with further details and a link to book their face-to-face appointment with Vodafone's Tech Team Experts in a selected Vodafone store. Appointments are in store only.

7. Customers will receive an email confirmation once they have booked their Free Tech Check. The email will contain information on how to cancel or amend their appointment.

8. Appointments and Tech Team Experts are subject to availability in our retail stores.

9. Vodafone will not be liable if you are late or miss an appointment. Appointments are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. On the day of the appointment the customer will need to show the SMS in store to confirm the appointment.

11. This Offer is for one appointment per insurance product taken out.

12. This Tech Check appointment does not cover any additional follow-up appointments or any extras that may require payment as a result of this initial Tech Check appointment.

13. This Offer is only open to UK residents.

14. A customer cannot take advantage of this Offer if they are an existing Vodafone customer who already has an existing Vodafone Insurance policy in place and/or has not purchased insurance during this Offer Period.

15. If you have an iPhone, this Tech Check does not replace AppleCare services, which is a separate service under Vodafone Insurance.

17. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the operation of the Offer, we reserve the right to end or suspend the Offer and amend these Terms and Conditions. If this is to your detriment, we will give you reasonable notice.

20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
