Promotion Terms

Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Stadia GWP promotion (Promotion Terms)

  1. To be eligible to claim a Google Stadia Premiere Edition, you must purchase a new (not second hand or refurbished) Google Pixel 6 or Google Pixel 6 Pro from Vodafone between 28 October 2021 (00:00 – BST) to 6 December 2021 (23:59 – BST) (“Promotion”), you can (subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”)) claim during the Claim Period (as defined below), from Google Commerce Ltd (the “Promoter”).
  2. This Promotion is only open to individuals with a shipping address in the United Kingdom over the age of 18 (“You”). Businesses are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  3. You must have internet access and must have or add a form of payment at checkout, but may not be charged depending on shipping rates in your region.
  4. Employees of Google, Vodafone and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion or their immediate family members are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
  5. This Promotion does not affect warranties or returns policies, whether in-box, statutory or otherwise that are available to the Participant.

Claiming a Reward

  1. The main account holder associated with the Google Pixel 6 or Google 6 Pro will be sent an email within 3 working days from support@vodafonepromotions.com
  2. To redeem your promotional code, click on the redemption link, add the desired device to your cart to receive 100% off Stadia Premiere Edition on Google Store. The redemption link will be sent to you via email after purchase of the Google Pixel 6 or Google Pixel 6 Pro. Promotional code offer will be applied at checkout.
  3. Promotional code must be redeemed by the 16th of December 2021 or it will expire (“Claim Period”). Promotional codes may be redeemed only on Google Store for eligible items as allowed by applicable laws

  5. Rewards are non-transferrable, and non-refundable and have no cash alternative.

  7. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion.
  8. Neither the Promoter nor Vodafone will in any way be responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents, or otherwise obstructs, you from participating in the Promotion.
  9. All personal information collected by Vodafone on behalf of the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion shall only be held and processed for the purposes of the Promotion and will be done so in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://policies.google.com/?hl=en-GB&gl=uk.
  10. This Promotion shall be governed and run in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
