Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Vodafone Birthday Gift (the “Offer”). Participants of the Offer agree to these terms and conditions.

Who are we? The Promoter and Administrator: Vodafone Limited, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 2FN.

  1. Eligibility: The Offer is open to customers selected by Vodafone in the UK (England, Scotland and Wales). The Offer is not available to employees of the Promoter and Administrator, except where the Promoter and Administrator employee has a personal contract.  
  2. Promotional Period: 15 January – 11 February
  3. How to participate:
    1. Eligible Vodafone customers will be contacted by Vodafone via MMS or SMS. This message will contain details of their free Birthday Gift and a link to access their Krispy Kreme e-Gift;
    2. Customers will have until 11 February to redeem their gift at a participating Krispy Kreme store.
  4. Gift: The gift is a Krispy Kreme voucher for one free doughnut. Any doughnut can be redeemed for free using this voucher. The gift voucher is valid until 11 February 2018. After this date, customers will no longer be able to claim their gift. For full Krispy Kreme terms and exclusions please visit: www.krispykreme.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. The gift voucher can be used at participating Krispy Kreme outlets in England, Scotland and Wales. Gift vouchers are not valid with any of Krispy Kreme UK’s retail partners (Tesco, Morrisons, MOTO, Shell, Selfridges, Bentalls, Costcutter, NUS stores, Fenwick, Costco, Road Chef, Welcome break and Center Parcs), Occasions or via Krispy Kreme website orders. Store locator: www.krispykreme.co.uk/store-locator. The gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the Double Dozen promotion or BOGOF offers, or to redeem a premium or limited edition dozen. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  5. One claim per person.
  6. Scenarios which invalidate a claim include, but are not limited to, the following:
    1. not being a valid Vodafone customer;
    2. not being in receipt of a Birthday gift invitation message from Vodafone.
    3. Failing in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions
  7. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to replace the offer with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
  8. The e-Gift is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  9. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter and Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the customer, or accept any liability, for any costs associated with accepting the reward.
  10. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy.
  11. This campaign is administered by Vodafone Limited, PO Box 468, Swansea SA1 1RH.   12. The Promoter and Administrator’s decision regarding any aspect of the Offer is final and binding. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  14. These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales and customers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
