Motorola Moto Z2 Play competition terms and conditions (26 January to 11 February 2018)

Terms and conditions

Here you can find useful information about the prize draw including how to enter, the prize, and how it will be run.

How to enter

  1. The prize draw will open at 8am on 26 January and close at 11pm on 11 February 2018.
  2. To enter you must text “Motorola” to 97888. You will be sent a text with the following question. Choose your answer and reply by texting either A, B or C:

    What can you add to the Moto Z2 Play to turn it into a game pad, a mobile speaker and more?

    1. Awesome Apps
    2. Moto Mods
    3. Phone Pieces
  3. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per person. 
  4. Your entry must not be inappropriate (for example, logos of other companies), offensive or illegal, in breach of another person's rights. We’ll disqualify such entries without notice.
  5. Sorry, but you can’t enter this prize draw if:
    1. You don’t live in the UK
    2. You’re under 18 years’ old
    3. You're not a Vodafone customer
    4. You're a Vodafone employee

Winner and Prize

  1. There are 5 winners and 10 prizes to win.
  2. Each winner will receive both a Moto Z2 Play and a JBL SoundBoost2 Mod.
  3. The 5 winners will be selected independently, at random, from all eligible and qualifying entries. We'll contact the winner on the phone number that the original text was sent. If we don't receive a response from you within seven days, we'll pick another winner.
  4. We don’t allow you to transfer your prize to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.

Publicity & Content

  1. We will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We won’t keep your details after the promotion has ended or send you marketing unless you have agreed to this.
  2. For the winners’ names please send an SAE to The Lifecycle Marketing Team, Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, RG14 2FN by 1st March.
  3. While we’ll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
  4. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  5. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
