Eligibility

To be eligible for the offer, you must have signed up to a Vodafone EVO tariff before 31 August 2021 at 23:59. Eligible customers will be notified by SMS within 14 days that the offer is now available to claim via VeryMe Rewards. Eligible customers will then have until 30 September 2021 at 23:59 to redeem the offer with Nuffield Health.

Offer detail

The offer is a 3-day trial at a Nuffield Health fitness and wellbeing centre of your choice, plus 3-months access to Nuffield Health's digital online service Nuffield Health 24/7.

There are 20,000 3-day trials to giveaway. The first 20,000 users to sign up via the Nuffield Health website as detailed below will be able to claim this offer. To receive the 3-day trial, you must claim a unique code in the VeryMe Rewards app, click through to the Nuffield Health website and fill out the fields asked for, including your chosen gym, the unique code and your personal details and then tap submit.

The General Manager of the gym will get in touch within 5 days to arrange your trial. To receive the 3-month trial to Nuffield Health 24/7, click on the same link from the VeryMe Rewards app, click through to the same landing page, and then follow the links through to the Nuffield Health 24/7 3-month free trial. Enter your details in this form and you will then be contacted by Vimeo (Nuffield Health's third-party) to take up the free trial for Nuffield Health 24/7.

To receive the offer, you must also accept Nuffield Health's terms and conditions, which can be found at the end of these terms. These free trials will not automatically renew at the end of the trial period. Offer only redeemable at one of, and in respect of, Nuffield Health's 113 fitness and wellbeing consumer sites.

Only one offer is allowed per user. You can't benefit from this subscription if:

  • you don't live in the UK;
  • and/or you're under 18 years old.
