Terms and conditions

Prize draw dates:
The prize draw opens at 09:00 on 14 August 2023 and closes at 19:00 on 6 September 2023.

Hotel break terms:
Prize package for 2 adults includes:

  • One night's hotel accommodation in winner's choice of nationwide location in the UK, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a double or twin room, including daily breakfast;
  • Three-course dinner and drinks at a local restaurant, up to a maximum value of £75 per person, including service charge.

Terms and conditions:

  • A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation;
  • Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room;
  • Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable;
  • No cash alternative is available;
  • All prize elements are subject to availability;
  • The prize cannot be taken from 21 December - 2 January (Christmas and New Year), over UK bank holidays or over Easter Sunday;
  • The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame;
  • All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
  • Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended;
  • Both travellers must be aged 18 or over;
  • The prize excludes meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize;
  • The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd

Prize draw details:
This prize draw is to win one of 6 luxury UK weekend breaks for 2 people. To be in with a chance of winning, you must register to receive the latest device news, via the register your interest form. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per user. Winners will be selected independently at random, by an independent process and contacted via the telephone number provided on the registration form. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be disqualified and an alternative entrant awarded the prize on the same basis described above.

Exclusions:
Sorry, but you can't enter the prize draw if:

  • You don't live in the UK;
  • You're under 18 years old;
  • You're an employee or associate of Vodafone UK.

No cash alternative:
Prizes are not refundable or transferrable. If the prize is not available for any reason, we will replace it with a prize of an equivalent value.

Data protection:
We'll process the information you provide in relation to this prize draw for the purposes of running this prize draw, to contact you if you win and to provide and tailor our products and services to you. If you're a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. For some prize draws, we may also use your entry, your name, your social media username and/or photos for promotional purposes including for display on our social media channels. Other terms:
While we'll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we'll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don't comply with these rules. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
