Register your interest prize draw (22 June to 24 July 2023)
These terms apply if you have entered Vodafone's Register Your Interest prize draw (June/July 2023)
Prize draw dates:
Opens 09:00 on 22 June 2023 and closes at 19:00 on 24 July 2023.
Prize draw details:
This prize draw is to win one of 5 Samsung bundles, each containing Galaxy S23 Ultra and a pair of Buds2 Pro. To be in with a chance of winning, you must register to receive the latest Samsung news, via the Register Your Interest form. Using this method, one entry can be submitted per user. Winners will be notified within 60 days of the closing date. Winners will be selected independently at random, by an independent process and contacted via the telephone number provided on the registration form. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be disqualified and an alternative entrant awarded the prize on the same basis described above.
Exclusions:
Sorry, but you can't enter the prize draw if:
- You don't live in the UK;
- You're under 13 years old - if you're aged between 13 and 18 you must have permission to enter from a parent or guardian;
- You're an employee or associate of Vodafone UK.
No cash alternative:
Prizes are not refundable or transferrable. If the prize is not available for any reason, we will replace it with a prize of an equivalent value.
Data protection:
We'll process the information you provide in relation to this prize draw for the purposes of running this prize draw, to provide and tailor our products and services to you and to send you communications about the latest Samsung device news. If you're a winner, unless you object, we may publish or make available your details if requested to demonstrate that a valid award took place. For some prize draws, we may also use your entry, your name, your social media username and/or photos for promotional purposes including for display on our social media channels. Other terms:
While we'll try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we'll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don't comply with these rules. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
