In addition to the Offer terms and conditions set out below and the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/, you hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer and your use of this website. In addition, any instructions on how to take part in this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.

1. This Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over only, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the Offer. Purchase and Internet access required. Keep receipt or online confirmation.
2. To participate in this Offer you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) need to purchase an Xperia™ XA1 on a PAYG or PAYM deal or an L1 on a PAYG deal (each a “Qualifying Device”) from Vodafone telesales, online channels, or a Vodafone retail store (Vodafone Online, Vodafone telesales or Vodafone Retail) during the Promotion Period as defined above. Only Vodafone customers who complete a valid claim during the Redemption Period as defined above will qualify for the Offer before the closing date when the Offer will expire.
3. Having purchased the Qualifying Device during the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to claim a Hotel Transylvania 1 & 2 Blu-Ray set (“Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift”) in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. To claim your Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift, go to www.xperiarewards.co.uk/HT3 during the Redemption Period and enter (i) your Qualifying Device’s IMEI number (access this by entering *#06# into your new Xperia™ handset keypad); (ii) your proof of purchase (uploading the scanned proof of purchase); (iii) your name, address, email address details, date of birth and your mobile number (a “Claim”).
5. Claims during the Redemption Period can only be made while Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift stocks last from 12 July 2018 for GB residents and 13 July 2018 for Northern Ireland residents and no later than 31 August 2018. 6. Once you have submitted your Claim it will be checked and verified. If your Claim is valid your Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class to the postal address provided as part of the Claim form within 28 calendar days of submitting your Claim.
7. You are only eligible to Claim one Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift and one Entry per Qualifying Device or per transaction.

9. If you return your Qualifying Device because of a change of mind, your Claim will be invalidated and you will not be entitled to claim or receive the Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift under this Offer. This does not apply if you exercise your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because the Qualifying Device is faulty.
10. Vodafone terms apply when purchasing a Qualifying Device.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Claims that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or any other reason.
12. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment.
13. The Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift cannot be exchanged and there is no cash or other reward available, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
14. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of a Qualifying Device), including accessing the internet if applicable. Costs to participate in the Offer via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
15. All cases of Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift being damaged must be reported to the Promoter within 7 calendar days of receipt.
16. Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode), mobile phone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this Offer and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of this Offer or fulfilling the Blu-Ray + Bundle Gift where applicable. The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data performed in connection herewith.
17. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access the website required for this Offer for whatever reason.
18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

The Prize is for a family of up to four people (up to 2 adults and up to 2 children under [18], either sharing a family Stateroom or adjoining BC or BF category stateroom (subject to availability) on a seven-night return voyage from Southampton chosen from a selection of departure dates in 2019 (subject to availability).
4. The Prize offers the choice of the following destinations; Hamburg, The Fjords, Rotterdam, Guernsey, Bruges, France, Amsterdam.
5. The Prize includes accommodation, on board entertainment and main meals (excluding speciality restaurants, in which a cover charge will apply).
6. The Prize does not include transport to or from the port in Southampton (UK), travel insurance (adequate insurance is a condition of travel), shore excursions, personal expenses, drinks, snacks, gratuities, spa treatments and purchases from on board shops.
7. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The Prize must be booked by 31 December 2018.

To enter into the Cunard Cruise prize draw, go to www.xperiarewards.co.uk/HT3 between 12 July 2018 and 31 August 2018 and enter (i) your name, address, email address details and your mobile number; (ii) your Qualifying Device’s IMEI number (access this by entering *#06# into your new Xperia™ handset keypad); (iii) your proof of purchase and consent to be added to the Cunard Cruise prize draw (a “Entry”).
10. Once you have submitted your Entry it will be checked and verified. If your Entry is valid you’ll be entered into the Cunard Cruise prize draw. The winner will be contacted within 14 calendar days of 31 August 2018. The Winners must accept their prize within a week of being contacted. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winners within this time an alternative winner will be selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The Winner and their guests must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the chosen prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant Winner/guests.
12. You are only eligible to one Entry per Qualifying Device or per transaction.
